I absolutely love this nail salon !!!! I go here every two weeks for my nails toes and eye brows they are all so nice and welcoming! I never have to wait but I do always make appointments ahead of time . They are clean they make you check your temperature before coming in and have to wear a mask (covid) . I am new to this area and was excited to try a new place. This place has a very friendly staff. But they barely rub your feet for a pedicure. I had to ask her to fix how she filed my nails ( round shape). Plus I had to ask her to apply another sparkly polish layer. When a nail tech should know the amount of coats to apply. I came in approximately 2 months ago for pedicure. I was seated after client next to me was there before me. The elderly gentleman finished me in record speed and client who came in before me was still there. Huh? I came in today for manicure and figured I would give another try. Rushed again. My cuticles were not trimmed properly and polish was not properly applied to end of nail. I brought my own Essie polish so I can touch up if need be before I leave on vacation. I fixed when I got home. My nails are my own (not gel, etc.) so it was super easy. I wanted them trimmed and walked away with uneven lengths. I also fixed at home. I came here years ago and they were great. I tend to do my own nails, since no one can figure out how to deal with REAL nails. I actually have a broken/split nail since person did not soak my nails before cutting. That is Nail Tech 101! I will fix it myself. Thank you Asian Nails. I will NEVER go back there! They are not friendly and do horrible work. It seemed like I was imposing on them and super bad vibe in that place. So what did I pay for? She broke my nail, did not polish correctly, and cuticles lacked. I think they owe me money... My nails look fabulous for 2 months...never heard of anything like that. I go every time the half moon shows, then I know that they have to be re-done, pretty sick of the color by then anyway. New workers talk on phone and are rude when doing your nails. I used to love this place. Not so much anymore.
