Tiffany said she would send me some samples of her work by email, but that was the last I heard from her. No answer to my follow up texts. Just disappeared. While I understand that services like photography need to be a good fit for both parties, it is important that a business owner treat the enterprise as a business. Respond to your customers, even if you decline service. "Ghosting" is not a responsible business practice and won't benefit one's business in the long run. I got the impression that this was perhaps more of a serious hobby.

I recently got married in Mexico, and my wife & I knew we wanted Tiffany's creativity to capture the big day. Tiffany was absolutely amazing at our destination wedding. She took various cameras out for all of our adventures, brought cute props to utilize in a shoot on the beach, worked with us to take underwater "trash the dress" photos in the ocean and worked hard to make sure the wedding was photographed perfectly. Everyone has been amazed with the photos, and we will cherish them forever. Thanks so much Tiffany!!!

Within 10 minutes I had a call back from a local rep, an email from Stephanie with a quote within 20, and within one week we had a new shredding company taking care of us. RDD showed up when they said they would and handled everything in a professional manner. John delivered our new bins and was super friendly. This local company also has a lower cost we were previously paying, with larger shred bins! Exceptional customer service without the run around, and shows up when expected. It's a win-win! The bins from the previous company are still waiting to be picked up, after multiple phone calls and transfers.

Since then we receive an annual questionnaire with last years numbers for comparison. Fill it out and drop it off with attached tax forms anytime during open hours at the front desk. They confirm name and contact info, off you go. They call if they have any questions. A short period of days later you get the call that your taxes are ready. The friendly desk staff go our your return forms and discuss anything new or pertinent. Sign on the dotted lines and render payment for their CPA services. If you need to pay taxes, you simply enclose a check with the provided forms and envelope at your timeline. If you are getting a refund you can mail in the forms at your leisure. We opt for e-filing, so they electronically file all our forms, and we simply mail in the confirmation page. Plenty of parking in this shared business park. Small comfortable lobby with refreshments offered for that first visit. Tasteful decor. Very clean and bright. I especially liked that our accountants office did not look disheveled in piles of paperwork and bursting file cabinets of the unorganized. Very business with personal touches of family. Years ago we learned the benefits of getting away from those do your own tax programs. Go with a professional if you want your money handled professionally.

Now for the cleaning - my mother said the staff that came were pleasant, professional, hard working and took the time to get all the details. She was able to give guidance and preferences but she said they were great independently. They did the job efficiently. I got the oven cleaned and I did visit a few days after and it looked like a brand new oven. I also could tell for the rest of the cleaning like the bathrooms, hardwood floors that they did an excellent job. This was the third company I tried and it really was the charm!

They've always been responsive to either emails or phone calls. The great thing is the the notifications, leading up to the cleaning. I knew when the crews were to arrive so I made sure I was there to meet them. Both crews were not only on time at the start of the arrival window, but everyone was polite. They did an amazing job cleaning both my house and apartment... no surface was missed and with both cleanings, John, one of the owners came over at the end and walked through everything making sure it was done. Also they are flexible in giving custom quotes if you don't even need a whole house cleaned on a regular basis but the ability to add on things as needed. I am glad to be continuing to use their services for regular cleaning!

After completing a photo shoot, I had to repeatedly reach out just to receive what was promised.--no deadlines were met, and communication was almost nonexistent. Even after finally getting some of the photos, I'm still waiting, two weeks later, for any updates on the second set. Every time I've reached out, it's been one excuse after another--family emergencies, life issues, etc. I understand life happens, but the lack of professionalism and respect for my time is unacceptable. The owner, photographer Sara Knight, has fixed up the little old Gahanna house and visitors will find the interior space very bright, welcoming, friendly and fun. Ms. Knight is a wonderful photographer, as the photos adorning her walls will demonstrate. She specializes in portraits of families and children and her work is bright, cheery, and hauntingly beautiful. She has a wonderful way with children and can, miraculously, get them to smile and be their best possible versions of themselves. At her request, my own children happily posed in ways and situations that I'd never been able to get them to do at home. I just watched in amazement while she worked and they happily smiled, leaned in, held flowers or gazed at her solemnly. She was wonderful. Ms. Knight runs her studio very professionally and her clients are well cared for. I was very impressed by her and her work and can fully recommend her to other families. As an added bonus, her studio is right across the street from Coldstone Creamery, so you can easily take the kids for ice cream after a photo session with Ms. Knight. How can that be bad?
