My experience with Palm Beach Constrution is nothing short of fantastic. The quality of their work is impeccable and the extra value services they brought to the table as far expertise and detail oriented service is remarkable. Having Able as a PM was a God send. Him and his partner worked my project like conductors to an orchestra. I highly recommend them and their company. You can sleep at night knowing the project will be done on time and within budget, which is rare in the construction industry. Thank you Palm Beach Construction for all the effort and navigating through the tough waters of permits and inspection needed to complete my project.

About 20 months ago and prior to moving in, I was tasked with updating the manager's 2BD 2BA…read moreappartment in an upscale beachfront condominium in the Town of Palm Beach (TOPB). Amongst a group of bidders Palm Beach Construction (PBC) was awarded the job to rennovate and update, where financially feasible, the 30 year old appartment that had minor prior work done. Simply put the PBC Team from budgeting, to design, to planning, to execution, to the overall timing, did an outstanding job on the project. The original scope of work was to do new porcelin floors throughout a majority, a modern redesign of an open kitchen, including removal of two walls, with an add-on large island/bar and lots of additional cabinet space, one bathroom complete redo, additional beautiful and code compliant electrical outlets and 3-way dimming lighting, code compliant plumbing line relocations, code compliant HVAC returns, exhaust system upgrades, smoke alarms, new walk-in closest fixtures, and painting. As we got into the project demolition, mold was found in multiple places of the appartment. Long story short, 80% of the drywall had to be replaced and ALL the sources of water intrusion, vapor collection, and mold were mitigated properly. Abel E. and Luis V. were great hands-on supervisors and field generals that not only kept their crews on task, in line, and tidy, but also other contractors that were coming in to do work in the unit. PBC also provided other great recommendations such as, Jaime Plana Architect and Rainbow Blinds & Interior for design work and finishing touches. These all met the highest requirements of the condominium associaition's construction rules, the TOPB building codes, and a beautiful, bright, and open floorplan with modern amenities and professional aesthetic finishes. PBC was not the lowest bidder, nor the highest, but they turned out to be the best return on investment. Their desgin to budget, high end execution, and problem solving abilities, will provide a long lasting, beautiful, and timeless finish that the family will enjoy for many years to come. If you are looking for a great and trustworthy General Contractor for your next remolding job, you should consider Palm Beach Construction as one of your go to options. Demand for good contractors is very high in South Florida. Therefore, plan ahead, beat the crowd, and select someone capable that cares, will get the job done right the first time, will save you money in the longrun, and if ever needed, will stand behind their work. I deal with many owner contractors that come in to clean up someone else's mess. Bigger is not always better and cheap quality is not long lived. Do your homework and choose wisely. JEFFERY IS NOT A LICENSCED CONTRACTOR. PLEASE CHECK THE LICENSE # BEFORE HIRING HIM. I hired H T…read moreConstruction to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in my foyer, living room and dining room area. Jeffery came to my home and installed my vinyl flooring. The floor cracks when I walk on it and the planks are not properly locked together. Also, when I walk on the floor, I stump my toes because the floor is so poorly installed the ridges from where they are supposed to join are raised off the floor. I tried to resolve these issues with Jeffery with no resolution. Jeffery was rude and constantly talked over me and made it clear that I did not know how a floor should look, and I did not know what I was talking about even though I have laminated flooring in other parts of my home. Jeffery also told me he installed a FLOATING FLOOR. FLOATING FLOORS DO NOT LOOK LIKE THIS, MY FLOOR. It would not take a professional contractor to look at my floor and know it was installed poorly. My advice is run do not walk away from H T Construction. All of the hype you see on their website; not true. They will take your money and not do the work correctly. Also let me add I requested a breakdown of my PAID invoice and have not received that as of this date 07/27/2024. The room painting was done poorly; painted the air conditioning thermostat and vent, window chain used to open and close the verticals. Did not tape off anything just painted. I was also charged for an electrician that never came to replace and check my electrical outlets. Two floor installers showed up to do the floor installation; one was a young man who looked like he was still in high school and did not have any idea of how to install flooring. Jeffery told me maybe the flooring was defective. When I questioned him if the floor was defective, he should have seen that as the floor was being installed and not installed the flooring and I could have retuned the flooring. This was another attempt to shift the blame for the poorly installed flooring to something or someone else. H T CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS INC

Jeff was able to come in and not only recognize the work we needed but give us a realistic time frame for permitting and approvals. My name is Ashley King, I hired Palm Beach Premier remodeling to renovate, my master bathroom and…read morecloset. The owners were personal friends of mine for a dozen years. Because of this personal relationship, I feel like I was discredited as a paying customer, as there were some positives about the work that was done, the design for my closet was flawed. My main goal was to maximize space and functionality in my closet, the design could not fully come to life as it was not thought through. Per the design, the left side of my closet had tso poles when I went to put my clothes away and realized there were no poles in the left side. I opened the door and it banged on my washer and dryer, the specs were given for the appliance that had to be placed very close to the closet. It was promised that dresses and jumpers will be measured that was not delivered, a hot water heater was moved outside, which was an interior water heater, it was not to code, and there was no covering and the first time it rained it fried the hot water heater and I have not had hot water in my house for over a week. Stucco was left painted around the exterior door and the of the hot water heater. There was also a cubby that was cut out and discussed as a linen closet for towels and such. It was not deep enough so they cut out and matched a medicine cabinet that I did not approve. Also, when the paint job in my guest bathroom was not to standard, and I brought this to the attention, I was met with conflict, inappropriate, and unprofessional behavior. I was yelled at. This is where the conflict started unfortunately I am having to take these gentlemen to Court. I do not recommend Palm Beach Premier remodeling. I am a single mother and was charged a lot of money for mediocre work. I'm extremely disappointed.

Historically, I've always sought multiple quotes before choosing any company to hire. This remodel…read morewas going to be no different, until I met Austin Dorehty, owner of Palm Beach Premier Remodeling (PBPR). Mr. Dorehty's professional manner, knowledge, and credentials, along with his affable demeanor and my gut feeling led me to immediately choose PBPR for a kitchen/dining room remodel that included a wall wet-bar. The crew employed by Mr. Dorehty are long term employees who each displayed knowledge and professionalism in their respective disciplines. I've received countless praise about the 2'x4' porcelain tiles that Adam installed. Phil did finish work on both the kitchen and bar cabinetry that was simply exquisite. Mark mud and painted the drywall ceiling and walls to a smooth finish. Justin proved to be a Jack-of-all trades as he worked on a multitude of areas. Travis and his electrical crew (Logan, Joe, and others) troubleshot the intricacies of an aging electrical panel to ensure the best lighting. And rounding out this great group were Anthony, Rob and Duke who lent a hand towards producing a spectacular finished product. Cleaning crew Carrie and Ingrid arrived nearing the end of the job to do a deep clean of the work site. Finally, Austin's brother, Hunter Dorehty, diligently oversaw the project from start to finish. I always felt comfortable leaving the home unattended with these honest, hard-working folks being there. Being a moderately large job, there were instances that didn't go as planned but I would consider them more "minor hiccups" rather than anything else. Issues I earmarked as a punch list were categorically addressed by a true professional whose name I regretfully failed to obtain. All in all, the results were stunning. I had originally asked Austin to make sure that the wall bar made a "Wow" impression and in that manner he succeeded. I would highly recommend Palm Beach Premier Remodeling for anyone considering a renovation. Thank you to the entire PBPR family.
