Ozzy and Maya's design center was very appealing with a wide selection of high end tile, countertop, cabinet, hardware samples, etc. They proudly shared videos of recently completed projects and spoke about the importance of workmanship, quality and detail that is instilled in their workers. Ozzy and Maya listened carefully to us, made suggestions and then provided us with illustrations incorporating his creative vision. Needless to say, we went no further in our search. They built a wall with insulation to help protect my clients' privacy, patient privacy and installed a window so I can still feel united with my team even when on conference calls. He was able to match the color of the rest of the office despite the fact that I had no idea the original brand or name that existed. The paint looks fresh and smooth, and he touched up other places in our space as a courtesy. The job was estimated to take up to 5 business days but Adam and Justin quickly and efficiently completed the tasks in 3 1/2 days. They left the place clean and sanitized everything for us which was pretty great as my team returned. Adam volunteered to help build the new desks/chairs so our staff could come into their brand new space Monday morning and get right to work! He brought his workers out and the work began. While I was at work, he sent a message stating the work was complete. I confirmed with him that it was complete. He stated yes. I paid the balance. Two weeks later I began to doubt the cap was replaced. I got a neighbor to climb to the second floor roof and then check the chimney to realize the work was not complete and he did not replace the cap. I tried to call him and he didn't answer. I sent him a text. He stated " I have to pick up the cap" I will be completing soon, I have not forgotten it. He has not completed the work. He hasn't answered his texts, his calls go to voicemail. His office line says to call his cell. Use at your own discretion!
