They are slowly growing their business, but currently offer a variety of treatments. I went in for the first time on a Saturday morning to try out the IR Sauna with salt therapy. Their entrance/lobby area is beautiful, comfortable, inviting and relaxing. I was greeted right away by the owner, checked in, and signed the waiver. While waiting, they offer coffee and cold beverages such as bottled water, Lacroix and San Pellegrino. I had time to chat with the owner about his business and how it got started. Ironically enough, the person in the IR Sauna when I arrived, was no other than our Community Manager Nikki! So we chatted while the room was switched over. Upon, entering the IR Sauna room located at the front of the business, I was instructed on different controls, lighting options, changing/dressing options, and music preference. The Sauna itself is an enclosed sauna within a small room. You have the room to yourself and the door locks. You are allowed to dress as you wish inside the sauna, and they provide you with a towel and a robe. There are 20min and 40min session options for the sauna. There is also light therapy offered for the sauna, with a sign on the wall describing the benefits of each color of light. Unlike a traditional steam sauna, you do not sweat as much and can last longer inside the IR Sauna. For my first time, I lasted 18 min before I needed to open the door and step out for some cooler air before returning for the last bit. Currently, single IR Sauna sessions are $25 for 20 min and $40 for 40 min. But they offer package deals for the IR Sauna: 10 sessions (20 or 40 min) is $150, 5 sessions is $100. Unlimited sessions are $100/month. And you can add on a salt boost (which has essential oils and a stronger salt content) for an extra $10. If you are unsure about this service, you can try out a 20min session for $1! The restroom is very spacious and clean, offers hair ties, gum, and mints.

I found Dr. Lee about a year after learning about BII (breast implant illness), as he was the only surgeon from Indiana located on a recommended explant surgeon list at the time I was pursuing a consult. He was in Ft. Wayne and me in Indy so there was some distance. I'll admit, I wasn't quite versed in surgeon reputations but I knew I wanted a recommended surgeon and I felt comfortable after my consult with not getting another consult. He seemed so knowledgeable and supportive about BII and the office staff are all so sweet. After all, they are in the business of making you feel beautiful regardless your circumstance. I love the Godly feel in the lobby and the holistic approach he takes. As I sit here 3 months PO, although I don't have the beautiful results (no fault of Dr. Lee) I see others have, I am pleased with the care and professionalism I received with the office. Staff were quick to respond when I had any questions or issues during recovery. Overall, my recovery was fairly seamless and I know that was partly due to his recommendations.

She went, insurance was approved, and she had the reduction surgery. A day later, things just weren't right. I sent photos of my mom's breast/nipple to Dr. Lee. He was quick to respond, but didn't see any issue. My mom was in pain, swollen and finally was told to return to the office after an unbearable weekend. She was told Dr. Lee would have to take her back into surgery, to remove infection and swelling. This happened two more times! My mom kept going into the office, and without any type of numbing agent he would cut away flesh from her nipple. She described how painful and horrid the experience was. She eventually lost her entire nipple. She wishes she had never had the procedure. I went to Aspire a few months ago looking for my own augmentation recommendations. I never felt like it was Dr. Lee's fault my mom had all her issues. Sometimes things just happen. But I just felt Dr. Lee wasn't very personable, didn't even spend much time examining me, and wasn't really listening to me. Overall, I realize you cannot always predict the outcomes of what happens with a patient and how they heal, but I believe if my mom would have been seen sooner instead of made to wait out the weekend she could have endured far less trauma.

Being turned away and asked to come back later felt disappointing, especially since I made an effort to communicate. I appreciate the response, but unfortunately the outcome was exactly the same, so my experience and opinion of how the situation was handled haven't changed. You need to update your policy and actually have it advertised for your paying customers. The text saying please arrive 5 mins early for your appointment isn't enough. Have a clear message regarding if grace periods exist and how long.

PHOTOS INCLUDED I walked in today, was given forms after being asked about insurance, rushed into a room with no time to fill out the paperwork. I was asked if I had insurance multiple times. Doctor came in and didn't acknowledge us (gf was with me) and told me to sign the paperwork even though he knew i hadn't read it yet. He immediately complained to me that this paperwork shouldve been done already. I had only had this paperwork for 10 minutes while simultaneously having to answer many questions from the nurse. I honesty felt like he made a lot of "sideways" remarks. I felt rushed throughout the whole process. Not talking in a way that resembled a medical professional doing. He asked me about my axillary. When i was obviously confused, he repeated axillary again. When i was still obviously confused, he rudely replied armpit. My gf was in the room, after my appointment she admitted to me that after her years of medical classes, literally having to memorize the whole body multiple times, she was still confused by him acting this way. Why would an experienced medical proffesional talk to a patient this way? "I dont know about your insurance, but you obviously have some things going on." He said this after he already knew i didnt have insurance. My girlfriend's main concern comes in with the medical paperwork. When we left we were given only one paper. It was the receipt for the "service" the business owner who was the doctor "provided." We went home and she said that we needed my medical paperwork and pointed out it was VERY weird that i was provided with no paperwork about my condition especially considering that it was a condition neither of us had heard about nor about the medication that was prescribed. We went back for my medical paperwork and they were kind of weird about it. Repeated several times that they werent sure if they could print it and that he hadnt signed it yet. In return, i kept repeating that i just wanted my information and they eventually let me have it. My gf's top concern is that many things in the paperwork that werent talked about and she only feels relieved we basically demanded to have it because we use many things that the paperwork says makes my condition worse. I cant think of anything else to say at the moment, but if you HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE but to go here, be prepared, stay safe, know your rights and do your own research.
