Brought the wheel and tire to this business for replacement. They sold me a tire but would not mount it-really! I bought this mower at Cedar Street instead of Home Depot or Tractor Supply because of the service. This was not good service or customer support. Not a good business model. I am very disappointed because because I want to buy from a locally owned business with good service.

Had many issues with a machine I purchased from them. The salesman was not helpful and told me to…read moredeal with the issues because it's a "used" machine. Well the machine was not as advertised and I was told to just buy a brand new machine if I wasn't happy with it. A brand new machine is not in my budget. I just wanted them to take care of the problems I had with the machine like the radio and air conditioning and all they did was band aid the ac so it would get by for a couple months. This being the third machine that I had purchased from this same salesman I believed that they would do what needed to be done to make it right but that was not the case. They do not go through any of their used machines or trade ins. They don't even wash them let alone see if there's anything noticeably wrong with them. In conclusion they sold me a lemon and I will never buy anything from them again and I would advise you not to as well.
