We had to wash almost every single one and only ended up having time to wash the front part of them because they were so dirty. It just seemed like they could be hosing these things down between customers. However, their tents were solid and didn't leak, and they are a super nice family owned business. The machine was picked up, repaired and returned to me within a week and it is now purring like a kitten. While Ariens themselves were not very helpful as I was disappointed with the purchase, Schaub spent extra time with me suggesting the best way to maintain the machine beyond the norm especially since it was apparently an older model from the Box store. I could not have received better service and communication about my machine. My biggest regret is that I purchased it from a big box store instead of an authorized repair shop like Schaub that is familiar with the tendencies of the machine. I'll add that I don't often leave positive reviews since good experiences are expected. I feel they went above and beyond, especially the mechanic, Kent, that communicated with me.

The first time I rented a truck for in-town use (about 6 years ago), and recently I just dropped off a trailer. The trailer return took no more than 2 minutes. As soon as we arrived, an employee disconnected it for us and sent us on our way. So easy!
