I have bad ingrowns and have been getting them taken out at nail salons since I was younger. I am used to them having to dig to get them out and it not being a problem afterwards. My toe is now INFECTED from going here and them getting my ingrowns out. The owner said it was from them digging - no this has not happened before - it's definitely from unclean tools they were using!!!! See the picture. Puss and yellow coming from my toe!!! Then, on top of this I got a full set dip nails and not even two days after one of my nails came off. I called them to tell them this and the owner said to come back to fix the nail. I said I would rather be refunded my money because my nail shouldn't be popping off this soon and I can't be coming in whenever the rest do the same. She said they can't refund money, only fix the nail. Well I super glued my nail back on myself since I knew I wasn't going to be able to go in for a couple of days.... The next morning - I woke up to missing a thumb nail!!!! My thumb nail literally fell off in my sleep??? This has neverrrr happened before - they must use cheap nail glue or something!!! They were a bit longer than I would have wished but they were beautiful. My pedicure and full set (acrylic) were finished at about the same time, which surprised me as most places will seat you for one service then the other. My friends and I all got pedicures and massages as well and likewise, service was great. My set lasted four weeks with minimal lifting in only a few nails on the last week or so. They looked as good as new when I got them removed. Also, after an unsatisfactory removal at a different location, I came back here to get them fixed and they were so kind about it. They completely removed unfinished patches from my nails without any issues. I am so happy with the service, the kind and well done work and can say I would absolutely return.

The technician also failed to clean up my heels properly, and the massage during the pedicure was not good. Considering the quality of my services and the fact that my nail polish should not have come off within two days, I am disappointed with the overall experience. Fresh "builder gel" set and pedicure with tip came out to ~$130. I only returned a second time out of sheer curiosity bc I wanted to see how they would do a BUILDER GEL refill on a POLY GEL set. But they used poly gel again. I wanted this simple line work design. Idk how much they charged bc I wasn't told and their receipts are not itemized. There is also no pricing list / menu available to customers. A refill with the design and tip came out to $115. I cannot bring myself to come back to this salon. There's no confirmation of pricing, I asked for a specific service and received the wrong product. Everyone I've interacted with there is friendly and it's a pretty salon but there's a lack of transparency that I can't get on board with.

One of my wife's biggest pet peeves is when she goes in for a manicure and gets a foot/calf massage and they spend thirty seconds on it. My wife does a lot for our family on a regular basis and going to see Becky is a way that she can treat herself and get a little bit of time to herself. When she does, she wants to feel pampered and Becky definitely does a great job at that. My wife loves that Becky takes time on the massages. She has gotten a lot of pedicures in the time we've been married. Some good, some not so good. She tells me that Becky's are the best!
