Our group of 4 received the royal treatment at Nails & Co- they were so warm, welcoming and attentive! I was really impressed with the personal attention we all received. I had two nail techs- one working on my mani as another worked on my pedi. BTW this was the most hygienic and perfectly done dip mani I've had. My nails are perfect. My two preschool age children each had their own dedicated nail tech for their mani and pedi. They even got to sit in the massage chair waiting for their nails to dry. This was such an enjoyable experience, and this salon has become my new favorite place for nails. read more

Mike & Kim, the owners, are always so helpful. This place can get kind of busy at some hours but they always make sure you have water or a drink while you're waiting. The staff is so sweet and gave back to victims of Harvey! When I moved I was worried I wouldn't find a nail place I liked but instead I like them more than my old place! I've been going here for a few months now and love it. Started out getting gel and now my daughter and I get dip. Husband has also gone for pedi. They have a ton of product--more than I've seen anywhere else. Tons of choices. Also more chairs than many places. I've never had to wait, and everyone is so friendly and attentive. I've dinged my dip a couple of times and they've repaired at no cost. Also students get a 10% discount. Highly recommend! read more

Wish there was a zero star rating. I was first customer to arrive when they opened at 11:00 Sunday morning. Was greeted politely by Kim. I asked for a basic pedicure and a gel refill for my fingernails. She started my pedicure while other customers arrived. Three other employees came over to look at my fingernails and then went to the other customers and started on their service. I never did get the gel refill I asked for. The 30 minute pedicure they advertise took 1 hour from start to finish. I left with a paper towel wrapped around my toes which she used as a nail separator. Needless to say the polish got all over my skin and was ruined. Won't make that mistake again since there are so many nail shops to choose from. read more

I went to this nail salon for the wonderful reviews. Honestly, you can't trust reviews anymore because this place was a joke. I have been getting my nails done for a very long time and I have never NOT tipped, and I refused to leave a tip given how horrible the service was. Employees were drinking on the job, the guy doing my nails hurt me -- cutting my thumbnail so short the underlying skin was exposed, my nails came out with so much texture it was ridiculous... and on top of it, the menu is misleading, and I paid $96 dollars for a service listed as $76. I could have done my nails ten times better. Honestly, if you have a high standard for your nails, do not go to this place. Just go to Venetian or something. read more

The staff was so attentive and kind, the top of the line pedicure included hot stone massage, perafin wax, foot, neck and shoulder massage, oh my! I have been to them twice before. The first time they just repaired one nail that I had broken before going to a wedding. The second time I had a manicure and it was horrible. I'm assuming the lady was new, so they had someone else re-due them. This third time I didn't really pay close attention, because I was enjoying the company and conversation of my mother and sister in law. Once I got home I noticed that I had a hangnail, my cuticles looked horrible and nail polish was painted on my cuticles. I can do a better job than they can. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. Wasted money! So hard to find a good nail salon here. I like natural only, so I don't get anything more than just nail polish on my natural nails. You would think that would be so easy for them to do. I would not recommend them at all! read more

This is hands down the NICEST, cleanest & best nail salon I've seen in my life!! She immediately fixed a hangnail in my toe, relieving me of all pain. I was able to get my manicure & pedicure at the same time. My manicure is perfect & my feet are wrapped in the hottest, but not too hot, towels as we speak. I will rave about this space to anyone I can & it's been my favorite thing about moving to Katy so far. read more

I have been coming here for a year or two and always enjoy their pedicures. They do a great job and the salon is very relaxing. The manicurists are always so sweet and they offer an assortment of levels of service and free drinks. Can't beat that! This time I decided to get my eyebrows waxed because it was way more convenient than my normal salon and my brows were a mess! I regretted it immediately. The lady was so rough and everything hurt! I am not exactly expecting a peaceful experience but when I was flinching/grimacing because she was plucking my skin and saying "ouch", she did not respond or ease up. My eyes brows were left super greasy with red pluck marks all over. I will continue to drive all the way down mason for my $8 wax at my normal salon. My mom has been sitting w/her feet in cold water for over 30 minutes while my technician has nicked the hell out of my toes multiple times.The other two ladies have spent this time playing on their cells phones and gossiping loudly.
