I've been going to another nail place for over 3 years. I kept seeing their Instagram posts and was so excited to try them out. This place is about 5 minutes from home. I had a relaxing pedicure. I really liked the nail technician. When I went to pay, I wasn't given the 15% happy hour special. I said you posted it on Instagram. The lady told me that's only for their customers. She said she can give me 10% off. I said that's less than what you are offering on social media. She said that's what they're offering to new customers. How does that make sense? This is not about an additional 5% discount. This is about the current special they are advertising on Instagram. Where's the customer service? They also charge a credit card fee. I might as well go back to the nail shops where that offer 20% off monthly specials. I tipped 30% and said fine, I will not be back. read more

After reading Taylor G's review, I just could not agree with her experience. I have been going to this salon for years and Sarah has been my technician. I have never seen a roach and I doubt you were waiting with your feet in water for an hour. This salon is a very clean and friendly. They want you to feel welcome and pleased with your results. If you were unhappy with your service, you should have spoken to the owner or manager on duty. As for me and my family, we wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for several years, always with the same technician. Two weeks ago, I noticed a change in her behavior--she seemed rushed and rude. She offered me a beverage, which I accepted, but it never arrived. At the end of the service, she barely applied any oil to my cuticles, skipped the massage altogether, and left polish hardened under my nails. I assumed she might have been having an off day. Today, I booked a 3 PM appointment through their app for a 4:15 service. When I arrived, I was informed that "she just left." I noticed some of the nail technicians working on each other's nails, so I asked if someone else could do my manicure. After a brief exchange in their native language, I was essentially told that no one was available. Keep in mind, it's Christmas Eve and I'm sure everyone wants do get out of there. I have NO issue with paying more for something I consider above average. This isn't the place. I wanted to go somewhere closer to home and was my third try with a year between try's, hoping it would be better. No. I'm sorry I can't even begin. I did however leave my manicurist/pedicurist a nice tip for courtesy and effort. The price range for good better best for pedicure friends BEGINS at $60. I can't even tell you what it ended up being since $25 up charge for shellac. Then I had my tips taken off and shellac put on I thought (?) my bill was 167.00 add a 20% tip to that. And that was my total. I was shocked I never pay more than $120 for everything at my normal nail shop that is further away down Westheimer parkway but the drive is worth it. I felt bad for a few of the people that had never been in there weren't many people and it is right smack within several large subdivisions I should have trusted my instincts. read more

This was my second time at Bali Spa getting my nails done and I've had a 5 star experience each time. Thuy has taken care of me both times going above and beyond with her customer service. She's friendly and attentive and so detailed with her work. I love coming here because they don't rush you out the door. It's definitely an experience and they offer you drinks, water, soft drinks, etc to make sure you're comfortable. Thuy takes to me the whole time and was not aggressive with my nails like some nail technicians can be. Every person there was very friendly and attentive and helped each person who walked through the door. I also got a teacher discount when I paid out! Walked in for a new set with Dip and a pedicure. Friendly and professional people. Chrissy and Danny were great. Relaxing vibe.

They were rude, left me by myself for 20 minutes and are VERY overpriced for what I got.

This place is so clean and the gals are so friendly. I walked in on Sunday morning and got in right away. My french tip gel was $40 and my regular pedicure was $30. You can also book an appointment online - double win. Quick, efficient and great service - I'll be back, Bali nails! read more

The ladies always take care of me, never judge my RIDICULOUSLY overdue pedicure, the shameful mess above my eyes the have to shape back into some semblance of eyebrows, or the hilarity of the length of my leg hair. I walk out feeling pampered, my feet hurt a little less without all the cracked heels, and suddenly have 2 separate eyebrows again! The reason for the less stars is because I got a pedicure and manicure while she did her nails and they said they used hot stones in the deluxe pedi but there was none. Also if you get both your suppose to also get a shoulder massage and I did not receive that either. But all in all I'm happy with her service. read more

I always get great service when I come here. However they do overcharge on full sets. The starting rate is $50 then there is an added $5 charge for shape and $5 for color. From my experience there is never any nail or cuticle care for my nails which leads to my full sets only lasting under 2 weeks. They also overcharge if you want to do a very simple design they charged me $15 for the design I wanted on the picture. I don't recommend coming here if you want a full set. read more

I decided to try out Bali nails today and I am glad I did! The store is very clean, organized, and looks brand new. The staff was very friendly and they offered me something to drink right away (they even have champagne!) Everytime I get a full set, I am usually always cut by the nail file or the drill. But Kelly did a wonderful job and did not cut me at all! As for covid, everyone was wearing masks and they have barriers up and hand sanitizer. I'll start off by saying that I'm very picky when it comes to getting my nails done. I LOVE this salon. They never disappoint when I come in with complicated designs. I love the service and it's definitely worth the money. My friend Delaney and I go there whenever we have special occasions coming up and they always do a beautiful job. I have given them so many chances and I am always proven that this is not the place for me! Tonight was the last straw! I had just enough time to use the restroom then was ushered to a seat without picking my color. I showed them a picture of what I was wanting and I told the nail tech the polish she had was not the color I wanted she responded "that's only one coat" this is not at all what I wanted and I am extremely disappointed and highly frustrated! I let them know at the front and was offered a 10% discount which does not change the fact that my nails are UGLY! The nail tech seemed very annoyed the entire time, she never offered my a beverage which I do not care about but they always offer a drink, she never asked me if I liked my nails which I assume is because the answer was all over my face! I will also note when I make an appointment online and I go in the salon they tell me my appointment is not valid unless they send me 2 emails saying the appointment is set. I will not be going back other than to have them fix this disgusting job! I could not have them fix it now because they were already closing by the time I was done. Been dying to try this new salon in our neighborhood and it did NOT disappoint. They staff was super nice and friendly. My daughter (6yo) & I both got pedicures. Deluxe for her and herbal for me.
