One of the apartments this company rents out has a man living in his van out front. He has been…read moreliving there for more than 6 months. His family remember rents from them but he sleeps in his car. He has had numerous domestic disputes outside of the apartments that have led to arrests but of course he is out within a few days. Multiple neighbors have called this property management place to complain about their renter and what they are allowing and the manager responds "there is nothing we can do." Any company that allows this is not a company you want to rent from. Police are coming and going. This is also on south H so a very good neighborhood but this man and his family is bringing down the neighborhood.
