They made my move easy and painless last August 2017. Then the owner of the property decided no more rentals and they were forced to give me a 60-day notice to terminate my agreement. That notice came the day after I moved out of my condo in Calabasas as I needed to sell. The day after that I lost a dear writer friend to cancer. I was devastated. I had a really bad experience with Plus Property Management and Tower gave me advice of my rights as a prospective tenant (I haven't been one in many years.) They held my hand, then helped me find another awesome house. Not only did they empathize with my problem, but they went to work to solve it. I will forever be grateful. They also charged me for broken sprinklers and dry spots in the grass even though the sprinklers were always broken and maintained by them. I was told to leave wall mounts in order to avoid paying for holes and was still charged. If you rent from them take DETAILED PICTURES AND VIDEOS upon moving in and out or you may not get your deposit back. I do not recommend using their business.
