I called in the morning to tow my older/ troublesome car from the old residence to my new residence. Kanani was extremely gracious and thorough with helping me grab a same day towing. Not only was she extremely nice, but also went out of her way for me, which I found to be so generous. She even allowed me to text her photos of where I needed the car moved to. I highly suggest using this company because this business knows how to cater to clients with respect and understanding. If faced with having to get a car towed again, I will absolutely use their service. The tow truck driver was also very friendly. Do not use Pa'A Hana Towing. They charged us $1570 for a tow and then did not tow the car. He…read moreshowed up in a pickup truck and I was confused because we hired him to tow the car to Lihue. My wife and 2 kids were there alone, so I was talking to the owner, Chason Manoi by phone. The car was disabled with a transmission problem. Chason was able to get the car into gear, but the dash screen showed a warning message that the transmission had a problem and not to drive it. Because of the dash warning, I insisted that Chason either tow the car or follow my family from that remote location to Lihue, since it was a transmission problem and could happen again. Chason promised that he would follow my family in the car, but then broke his promise and immediately left them alone, far from a town, in a car that was still broken. He stopped responding to texts and calls and kept the $1570. He never gave my family any receipt or paperwork, as required by the agreement I signed when I prepaid for the tow. The Hawaii Office of Consumer Protection sent them a demand letter, but Pa'A Hana Towing ignored that too. I don't usually leave reviews and have never left a negative review, but Pa'A Hana Towing was so dishonest in the way they treated us that I feel I have to... so that it doesn't happen to other people.

I was also honored to have a dad/daughter duo, my five year old daughter's face lit up when she saw her!! She talked story with my kids and answered all their curious questions. I'm born and raised Kauaʻi and moved to O'ahu right after high school. The aloha I was shown this evening by All Kine Towing is the reason I moved home to raise my three keiki. Just the way everything was handled from start to finish was incredible. Super fast service, quality towing, and the aloha was truly there from talking with me about next steps to talking story with my keiki and all the questions they had! They didn't perform any work but still charged $40 for rotation service. Car came back with the more worn out tires still on the front! Crooks! I didn't have time to go back so I just said forget it, but that's why I'm posting this review. I don't want anyone else to get scammed by these guys. Take your vehicle to Costco or Midas where you can trust they're going to do the service you pay for!
