I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mike at KKWT Process Services in Tacoma. Mike went above and beyond in order to attempt to serve process on a counter claim I filed in a small claims matter. He was unable to personally serve process on this person, but I thought that might be the case when I started the request. He spoke to me on the phone and gave me several options, one of which was serving the Secretary of State's office to accept service for the corporation involved. Yesterday I got my return of service letter in the mail from the Sec State's office just as Mike said would happen. He even assisted me in preparing the paperwork. Amazing service, prompt responses, and above all....Mike communicates and gives his customer all they need to know to ensure that service of process is done properly and on time. We wish to write a review And give five stars to KKWT process services. Back in September 2019, We had to evict a tenant by the name of Lynnett L Ryser, formerly Suprenant. She gave us false references and has committed waste and fraud in several locations. We started the eviction process, in 2019, And because of her falsifying records we were not able to get her out of the house until February 2020 with a court order that said she would be out on a certain date. KKWT did all the process services. They were speedy...helpful and even went to court. We can say nothing but good things about them and we highly recommend them. Wow, that is all I can say. I was skeptical about using a 3rd party service after the Sherrifs department was unable to serve my papers. MIke was the 2nd person I contacted and I'm so glad I did. At the point when I thought my papers might never get served he seemed very calm and professional, walking me through the entire process. We talked on day 1 and the very next day I woke to news that my paerwork was served. It was such a relief. I live in Las Vegas, I needed to service legal documents to a person who lives in Seattle, WA. I hired other companies before KKWT, but they weren't able to service the person. I Highly Recommend KKWT Process Service's. I found the company online as I needed a Messenger Service with a "Time Sensitive" situation. KKWT Process Service took the Extra steps needed to receive my documents and ensure delivery. When the Documents were delivered I received a call and copies of the "Declaration of Service" were sent to me (So I would have something to show that the papers were delivered at my appointment early the next morning.) I have limited mobility and haven't been able to make it out of my apartment to post my ballot. I sent an inquiry to find out how much it would cost to have it picked up and couriered over to a dropbox before the voting deadline.
