Terrible experience. Long time customer, brought new customers to Lee , believe she is a manager. My nails are destroyed , and instead of getting: sorry , I messed it up and do everything to fix it , I got : not a big deal , you will be ok , they will grow in a couple of weeks. I am not ok . And it will take a half of year to get my nails back . It is a shame we have service like this where no one feels responsible for their own mistakes. Too bad i can't add the picture. read more

This place seems hit or miss. I had a very nice interaction with Thomas, but the lady who actually did my nails was terrible. She filed my nails unevenly, and did not clean up any product after. I got SNS so I was trying to trust the process, but she didn't do any cuticle work, didn't clean up the extra product around my nails, or finish with cuticle oil/lotion. I have been to this spa three times. The first time I got gel nails. They started to peel from the sides in 10 days. I went back because I liked the ladies that worked on me. They were very friendly. The second time I went, I got SNS. The girl who did my nails was nice but she said cleaning my cuticles was not part of an SNS service. I would have to pay extra for that. I was a little disappointed about that since they charge extra for the SNS service. I've never had a mail service that did not include cleaning my cuticles. The nails stayed on well for three weeks. The third time I went, I had a gentleman do my nails and I got gel. I had to have him refile one hand twice because he didn't seem to understand that I didn't want the nails on one hand to be longer than the other. I also had to point out a couple times when something was stuck in the gel before I put them in to dry. When I went to pay, the owner of the salon charged me extra to remove the SNS nails. She said it was because I didn't get SNS nails again. If I had gotten them again she wouldn't have charged me. I said it's the same process to remove SNS as it is to remove gel and no one has ever charged me to remove gel. She was insistent. I've read other reviews about people having the same problem with the owner. I will never go back to this salon. I'm a good tipper and I don't appreciate being nickeled and dimed by any business. read more

It's been several months since I visited for a simple pedicure, but I cannot recommend this nail salon. I walked in and was told there was no wait. I was then sat at a chair for a good 20 minutes until a tech arrived to start the pedicure. Unfortunately the leg and foot massage I was so looking forward to ended up being more like a lengthy lotion application. I prefer more pressure, or heck, at least some! The lady was sweet and I didn't say anything. The toenail polish is where I had to speak up though. When she was done, I looked down and immediately noticed 3 out of my 10 nails needed fixing. I inquired about having it fixed and a gentleman came over and fixed the 3 and an additional couple nails that he obviously thought were poorly done. The whole experience was unfortunately a let down and took entirely too long - after waiting, then having polish corrected, then waiting again for nails to dry, that was 2 hours I feel could have been better spent elsewhere. My first and last time here, which is too bad since I live so close. read more

Definitely recommend! Amy is the best nail tech I've ever been to. She has a great eye for detail and goes beyond to make your nails flawless. I am picky about my nails, and it's rare to find anyone who fulfills my requests to a T with no fuss! I hardly ever have to point out any mistakes or issues as she is a perfectionist herself. Very sweet, funny, and easy to talk to. The other techs there are really nice as well. This place is under new management now, so keep that in mind when reading the older reviews. The new manager Colie is a sweetheart. Much better service now. Great prices too. Ask for Amy! read more

I've been here twice and I'm sorry to say there won't be a third time. I had a pedicure at Jax Beach nails over a month ago. I just removed my polish and noticed that I have a black fungus under the nail of my left big toe. It certainly was not there when I went in for my pedicure so I have to assume the salon was the culprit. I have never had a fungus ever and I've been getting pedicures for over 30 years. Absolutely horrible experience. Got a pedicure and they were rushing their way through it. For example, they scrubbed my heel once. I feel like I didn't even get a pedicure except I have polish on my toes. Before leaving or being done my boyfriend, my mom and I let them know we were not satisfied and they didn't ask why to even fix it. We regularly go someplace else, but we wanted to try something closer to our house. Now, we know this is definitely not the place. Conclusively, this place sucks. Never again!!!! read more

Omg this place is the bomb! We are in a wedding party and they accommodated the entire party! I definitely recommend this place!!!!

Terrible service. I'd give ZERO stars if possible. We made appointments, arrived on time, but they were packed and obviously not ready for us. So we took our time picking out polishes and finally 25 minutes later they called us back. Only two of the pedis were ready and the water was too hot. We sat there for over 5 minutes waiting for some one to come so we could ask for them to cool the water. No one came not even to offer us a drink. We finally just left!!! Will never go there again! What's the point of making an appointment if you are going to treat your customers that way! read more
