We purchased a unit in 2021 to find out later that we were sold a unit that had been discontinued…read morein 2020. The unit was loud and from 2023 to 2025 this discontinued unit has cost an extra $4500 with a maintenance plan. Replacement parts would take 4 wks to get in because the unit was discontinued and parts were not readily available. The ladies in the office were always most helpful and the technicians were always on time. When I asked why the parts took so long... it was never mentioned about the unit being discontinued. I asked the salesman for the best, quiet unit available because I want it to last the usual 10 - 15 years. Unfortunately that did not happen. Dishonesty.
