I had driven by Light Source Lighting in Plano many times and it was very eye catching from the road. I went in one day and was greeted by Eric Schaefer. I described our home and he showed me around the beautiful showroom then began pulling catalogs for fixtures he thought would fit our style. Once I began working with him, it quickly became my favorite part of building our home. I still love my lighting after all these years! Since our home, we have done several other, larger projects. I always look forward to the stage of picking out the lighting, it is my favorite part of the building/renovating process. I reached out to one technician. They charged an unbelievably low price. I then called Leo from Kai Electric to price shop. Leo picked up and was very nice on the phone. He quoted me over the phone based on my description of the issue. But he told me if the first guy was serious, it was a good price. So I called back the first guy. Through a series of unfortunate events, it became very clear to me that Leo was right. The first guy was unserious and unprofessional. I called Leo back. He came out the NEXT MORNING to confirm the price and take pictures. He sent me a reminder text the day before. They were on time the morning of. He had previously advised that I would be without power for approximately 6 hours to replace the panel. I was out for exactly six hours. He and his workers were friendly, efficient, and professional. He even installed a GFCI outlet, which was something that we found during his work and not previously quoted. I have a Tesla and will be calling Kai Electric back out to install my EV charger. So yeah, I definitely recommend them for your power needs!

We immediately went over and liked the Savoy chandelier. We asked about the return policy and delivery time. No problem with returning, credit in the store- no restocking fee- and delivery was about 2-3 weeks or we could take the one in the floor. We opted for the floor model. They had us return the next day to pick it up - it was boxed in original packaging and No waiting time in the pick up either. Plus Theresa's price was $300 less than her competitor for the same chandelier and the Savoy chandelier was close to half the cost of our original choice. Fabulous experience all the way around!!!

While the home had its own structural road blocks, the team seamlessly came up with solutions to make everything work and look exactly as we planned. Even though it required more of their time, they were priced extremely fairly for the amount of professional work they put in.
