I can't speak highly enough of the service we recently received by Bhavesh and his team at Handy Hippos. We recently moved to a new home and had them install a 65" Samsung Frame Pro TV connected to ceiling speakers with a receiver, a basement tv mounted with a speaker system connected through the wall, and a basement projector connected to a speaker system through the ceiling. Days prior to the job, Bhavesh personally came out to walk through each detail of the project patiently, assisting me with which products to buy and more importantly, which to stay away from. While the home had its own structural road blocks, the team seamlessly came up with solutions to make everything work and look exactly as we planned. Even though it required more of their time, they were priced extremely fairly for the amount of professional work they put in. Great experience! We started with a phone call and appointment for a free estimate. Bhavish and I walked around my (new to me) house and surveyed the projects I wanted done. Bhavish sent an estimate and a copy of his insurance as requested. We set an appointment for him and his crew to start. They were on time and set upon to work the various items- extending the attic floor; tiling the powder room and setting the vanity and top, and medicine chest; installing tile bars and toilet roll dispensers in three bathrooms, some painting touch up and minor drywall repair; and other things I'm sure I'm forgetting. After working with other handymen recently who were unreliable and sloppy, it was a pleasure working with the "Hippos." They were on time, ready to work, didn't disappear for hours at a time, or cancel without prior notice. Upon completion and before cleaning up, Bhavish made a stroll around to inspect his work. He noticed a few things that could use a touch up. Bhavish does this because he takes pride in a finished project- not to raise the price. That really shows integrity.
