Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday. I explained my mother's situation and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday. Lou said, "I'll make it happen." Now that is exceptional customer service! Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Marcin was quick to respond and set up a time to swing by for a free estimate. What stood out for us was his ability to clearly listen to what we were looking for while providing his insights. He aligned with our desire to avoid drywall patching or repair, talking through his approach. The day of the install he realized that there was a floor joist in the way of drilling to the basement so he went out and bought a flexible drill bit to return to do the job. He also spray painted the exposed conduit in the basement black to match the rest of the ceiling, even coming back the next day when he ran out of paint. His pricing is competitive and we certainly appreciate that he is licensed in Chicago and several of the surrounding suburbs. We definitely plan to work with Marcin for future electrical projects.

All we asked is to have someone from the Montgomery store bring the replacement appliances and we would put the faulty ones in the truck to return.
