Where this medical provider fails is in their disjointed (chiro pun) billing practice and the fact that they will send a $10 co-pay bill to collections, even though I paid all of my co-pays to the Doctor in the office. Their billing staff was never around when I received my adjustments and I would never leave the office without paying for the adjustment. Almost a year later, I receive a collection notice for $84 and was shocked to find out that is for one of my $10 co-pays + fees + interest that I supposedly didn't pay. I attempted to call the Drs office, no answer or call back to the messages that I left. I disputed the fee with the collection agency and requested the original bill from the Drs. office. The statement that was sent to me was for one of the co-pays that I did pay cash, and no I did not have my original cash receipt. I paid the collector and was told that this would not show up on my credit report. Today, almost three years later, I am in the process of purchasing a home and this shows up on my credit report. All because of poor medical billing practices. There are so many other great chiropractic doctors in Klamath you should not even consider this poorly run office. JH

I don't believe the wait times are that bad. If they are, Doctor Naraghi, is worth the wait. I've seen some some really terrible doctors in the same building, and waited longer to see them, and they did absolutely nothing, and did NOT care either. Doctor Naraghi is a specialist in high demand, honest, caring. He's definitely on top of the spine surgery game. I'm very thankful as an athlete, gym goer, and gym rat for Doctor Naraghi. I've learned more in one visit at Doctor Naraghi's office, than any other spine care doctors office in 10-15 visits. Doctor Naraghi, is an effective communicator with a memory of an elephant. I literally rolled out of bed every day and crawled on the floor for over 30 minutes before I could stand , I couldn't stand or walk longer than 10 minutes before the pain and complete numbness took away my ability to use my legs . I literally thought I was going to end up in a wheelchair permanently. (This is not an exaggeration) I was terrified I would lose my job and ability to walk . Then I was referred to Dr Naraghi , he spared no expense and effort to identify and address my problems . We started with the simplest and non invasive procedures and started working our way up . Yes eventually I will need complete disclosure replacements in my last three vertebrae, but not yet , thanks to his expertise and amazing team . I go in every 4 months and get epidural injections on both sides of my spine (temporarily but wonderfully) these have all but eliminated my symptoms. I can work 12 hour days , walk unassisted all day , I can work out ( moderately) play with my kids and take walks with my wife . We…read moretold her we'd be staying in town after my surgery because we live about 45 minutes out of town. It's quiet, private and so much better equipped than a hotel. Every room has a private bath, but there is also a large wheelchair accessible shower between rooms. We wound up needing one night more than we originally intended and the were incredibly accommodating. I believe it is operated by the cancer center at the hospital and there are even shuttles that will take you there from the hospital.

This place is a wonderful inexpensive alternative to a hotel/motel. It is a duplex with 3 bedrooms…read moreon each side with a nice common area and kitchen in each duplex as well. There is also places for 2 rvs to hook up. They have a laundry room and a bathroom in each room as well as one near the laundry room. It is only a block from the hospital and a couple of blocks from the cancer treatment center. This place is truly God sent as we did not have the income to stay in a hotel/motel. Be sure to make reservations if you are scheduled to return for more treatments.
