It was not picked up the beginning of June as it was supposed to be. Now it will not be picked up until July. After being on hold for 30 minutes, I was told that the gps coordinates say it was picked up and since I didn't report it within 48 hours (I wasn't home), there is nothing that can be done. Zero customer service. Too big of a company that doesn't care about their customers. We filled the dumpster the end of May and have not been able to add anymore. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

They have done a really good job of establishing social distancing (every 6 ft there is a marker). They have multiple people working to guide customers during the lengthy process; ALL staff are wearing N95 masks and are wearing gloves *thumbs up* There's a parking lot notzi *useless position - no further comment*, a front door person making sure that there are never more than 25 people in the enclosed area, 2 attendants to help customers/ constantly sweeping, 1 staff member working the front desk. All cash redemption's are made via automated kiosk *easy peasy* I'm happy to find a place (a bit outta the way - 5 minutes off of EXIT 30) that you can redeem tons of cans/bottles during this strange time. It was easy to get a bigger job done in an efficient way. The line took a while, so be prepared to wait in line outside (20-30 minutes). The local stores/markets doesn't do in-store redemption. Most of the people here are bringing recyclables by the car/truck load. Drive up through the gate and drop off. I only had a few, so I walked in after a truck. They do CRV value and happily did by count, so I got 50 cents back. They give you a ticket and then you go to the red shack to redeem for cash. Workers seems nice and friendly. They do recycle other stuff as well, scrap metal, paper, assorted glass, etc...

We told them immediately that they had made a mistake and that it looked as though they were crediting our personal account with someone else's regular payments. They told us not to worry about it. A great deal of time passed, and they billed us retroactively. After admitting what they had done, they sent us through an endless shuffle of telephone calls involving company representatives refusing to admit what they'd done. I could go on about how we were left feeling about the entire incident. Instead, I'll just say this: Anyone who is keeping track of Ashland residents' experiences with this company should consider our experience. We feel poorly served. Lowest possible rating.

Everywhere jobs have been cut, and it's a lot faster for workers to respond to emails. But I don't have a business depending on fast responses. And the worst part is that citizens and businesses in Ashland have no other choice with regard to garbage hauling or recycling services. Their customer service is impossible to get in touch with, and there was one instance when we had to go to their office directly to deal with an urgent matter and as we approached the office the agent inside saw us, closed the blinds, and locked the door. After repeated knocking there was no answer. They repeatedly refuse to pick up our recycling because what they call "cross contamination". We inspected our recycling bin and yes, there were 2 plastic bags in it which passerby's put in there, not us. And it is important to note that this is the only garbage hauler that has refused to pick up recycling because of such a minor offense and my commercial properties currently deal with 4 throughout the state of Oregon. The recycling driver continues to berate our guests and employees, I presume he feels our guests are employees, and sheesh.... I could go on and on but I wouldn't know where to stop. These folks are just plain strange and a simple online search from other users will concur.
