I just hope speaking up about the truth might be helpful to others in some way in the future. We were extremely poorly treated by this company. They made a mistake in their billing. We told them immediately that they had made a mistake and that it looked as though they were crediting our personal account with someone else's regular payments. They told us not to worry about it. A great deal of time passed, and they billed us retroactively. After admitting what they had done, they sent us through an endless shuffle of telephone calls involving company representatives refusing to admit what they'd done. I could go on about how we were left feeling about the entire incident. Instead, I'll just say this: Anyone who is keeping track of Ashland residents' experiences with this company should consider our experience. We feel poorly served. Lowest possible rating.

Covid-19 temporary hours: 8am - 5pm (7 day a week)…read more This was our 1st visit because we drink the heck outta La Croix and the bags of cans are piling up with the closure of the independent store bottle drops *sadness* ***This place has a MAX of 350 cans/bottles per transaction*** BUT, while using the automatic kiosk, you can scan/combine multiple cash vouchers for a single cash out transaction *thumbs up* This place always seems to have a line, so just expect to wait. They have done a really good job of establishing social distancing (every 6 ft there is a marker). They have multiple people working to guide customers during the lengthy process; ALL staff are wearing N95 masks and are wearing gloves *thumbs up* There's a parking lot notzi *useless position - no further comment*, a front door person making sure that there are never more than 25 people in the enclosed area, 2 attendants to help customers/ constantly sweeping, 1 staff member working the front desk. All cash redemption's are made via automated kiosk *easy peasy* I'm happy to find a place (a bit outta the way - 5 minutes off of EXIT 30) that you can redeem tons of cans/bottles during this strange time. It was easy to get a bigger job done in an efficient way. The line took a while, so be prepared to wait in line outside (20-30 minutes). Overall, it was worth the time and effort to redeem close to 700 cans/bottles that we've collected since quarantine *don't judge*

I would give 5 stars but after all it is a recycle joint so it's not the most pleasant place and perhaps a little dirty and stinky; to be expected. [I note this because we tried to turn in our dead batteries to Radio Shack, as we have for years, only to be told that they now don't take alkaline batteries--only the recyclable kinds!] Anything they can salvage and repair, they do, and sell them on-site for very good prices. The day I was there, they had at least 8 or 10 flat screen monitors, for example, 1 for $50, the rest for $40, depending on size. The unsalvageable stuff goes into the recycle stream. Not a fancy place, by any means, and a little hard to find. I like this place and will go back again, to dispose of old stuff and/or buy what they save & repair.
