Frustrating and Inconsistent Hours…read more We travel to the Valley most weekends to care for elderly parents and often stop in for quick takeout sandwiches around 6:45 p.m., which has been convenient--until recently. Although closing time is listed as 7 p.m., this is now the third time we've arrived around 6:45 and found the restaurant already closed. Most recently, my husband walked in at 6:43 p.m. and was told they were closed as the lights were turned off, even though the "OPEN" signs were still on. We understand wanting to close up on time, but if the restaurant is consistently closing before 7, the posted hours should reflect that. It's frustrating to plan around advertised hours only to find the doors already shut. Please either honor the 7 p.m. closing time or update the listed hours so customers know what to expect. Consistency would really help.

Without us even asking, she wet some paper towels for my son to put on the back of his neck and got some crackers for him to eat since he was feeling light-headed. She took such good care of him, you would have thought we had known her forever! I have been thinking about her generosity every day since then. I just wanted to say thank you to her, and that we are both still marveling at what a kind person she is.
