I consulted with several painting companies and Patrick was quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I picked some colors from stores (which were very similar to one another) and consulted with Patrick and he described each color so that I could pick the best one. I put in the request and received messages from businesses that were interested. Two came in right away and three in two days. Constructing Building Advancements contacted us and was willing to come out to give a better estimate. The others did an over the phone estimate based on the parameters I gave them. Jeremiah Henry came out from Constructing Building Advancements and had the best bid plus we felt comfortable dealing with him as he was knowledgeable and had the skills to do the job. We actually had other jobs that we Jeremiah give us prices and have already had some of the jobs completed. He was on time, did the work completely and expertly and cleaned up when he was done.
