I did end up with a shower and floor…read moreinstalled working and looking good but not without its troubles. - A salesman came to my house to help pick out color, designs and things of that nature. Pretty standard stuff you would expect from a sales visit, but the salesmen went on to describe the installation process that turned out to be inaccurate. He also said the workers would be able to do some other things and not charge me while they did the floor installation. This issue turned into a massive issue because there were no notes about it anywhere. So it became an "I was told" situation with no proof. The owner did try to make it as right as possible and I do appreciate it. - the first day they installed the floor. I came home to inspect after work. the floor was shifting in spots. Out of curiosity I pulled back a few pieces and found the installers had cut pieces of cardboard from the cardboard box the vinyl planks came in and used that to try to level the floor under the planks. The next day I called the owner who came over and after taking a look and having a discussion he again made it right by pulling the floor up and having it installed properly. If I had not noticed the cardboard, the cardboard would be under my floor right now. - At this point I had become very worried about the installation and would check in on the workers periodically throughout the day. I do want to thank Mike who came in on the second day. Mike was amazingly patient and communicative. He walked me through the process and helped me feel at ease knowing he was going to do a good job. Mike who's professional nature and the owner trying his best to make things right are what saved this experience. - The shower and floor look good. The shower doesn't leak and the floor is flat. If you decide to choose Bath Planet I would suggest that anything that salesman says you make them write it down! - It is my opinion Bath Planet is not worth the price and would not use again.

Susan also advised me to first wait for them to order a sample tile before I placed my order and advised me that the sample should be in in a few weeks. Two months later, when I had heard nothing back, called in. After finally getting past their terrible voicemail system that constantly told me it had not yet been set up so no messages could be left, I finally spoke with salesperson who told me Susan would get back to me in a few days. Two weeks later, still no call back, left both a voicemail message and sent email to Susan's attention. Now one month after that, still no call back, no reply to the email... nothing. What a huge waste of my time and a needless delay of two months for no reason whatsoever. Fortunately, I wrote down the tile manufacturer's name and was able to finally contact the manufacturer directly to proceed with my order.

The entire process was very easy and Cindi kept me updated constantly about the timing of the shipping and installation..they even stored it there until I was ready. Steven and Jacob didn't an amazing job on the countertop installation and even sealed the stone before they left. Cindi reached out the next day to check in. The will not show up for days to weeks and then when they do it's for a few hours and then it repeats again. They started off strong within the first month or two and then went completely down hill. I have received nothing but countless end dates that never happened and endless excuses. Excuses from not having workers, hiring more workers and then having to fire them to illnesses for workers and himself. Unfortunately when it came to delays due to "workers illness" this also meant that he was not capable of doing any work on his own as he would not show to work on the house. The excuse of weather at this time would make sense if they did not have 7 months prior to this before snow storms hit. Although knowing he would not finish the job he continued to ask for money for "supplies" and to "pay his workers". So he now has all $69,000 for this remodel and I still do not have a finished house along with him barely showing at all anymore. He doesn't respond to emails now and states he always has problems calling me even when I can receive calls from anyone else. I have asked for receipts for proof of all purchases and no response. I have missed being able to enjoy holidays and special occasions due to his lies. I very, very much DO NOT recommend this company as you will deeply regret it.
