I usually tell them I want it the next day and have it ready for me. It's that simple. Just come in and hang your items on the hanger. Then right your name and phone number down. Next, she gives you a tag. Now, how easy is that. This is my second favorite dry cleaners.

I noted that I asked for LAUNDERING...if not able to launder, the shirts should have been left undone and not dry cleaned, or they could have called me, or the shirts inspected when I dropped them off. The excuse of wooden buttons were not valid, no refund was offered (as "they had already been dry cleaned"). In addition, the shirts didn't look ironed and the amount of spray starch used was so light, the shirts didn't even look ironed. JUST BE VERY CLEAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE AN ITEM(S) ABOUT WHAT WILL BE LAUNDERED OR "DRY CLEANED". $47 for 12 shirts is way out of line.
