I arrived early before the crowd got bad. My first impression was very positive, as it looked very modern with nice washers and dryers and had very nice tables and chairs. The prices were higher than what I'm used to paying in my area. I pay 2.25 here and theirs were 3.00. I thought, well that's not bad since they're new washers, but I didn't realize that 3.00 was for cold water! When I pushed "hot wash" it jumped to 3.50! So that's quite a bit more than I pay here. Also, the dryers in the laundromats up here give me 7 minutes for 25 cents. Down there I had to pay 50 cents for the same amount of time. For management's information, I used 3 washers - #3, 4, and 5. I had whites in #3 and 4 and 5 were colors. I put my liquid detergent in the correct slots that were indicated in all 3 washers. I noticed that only #4 had suds! 3 and 5 were just sloshing clear water around! It's a mystery what happened to the detergent I put in 2 of the washers, but I knew I had wasted my money because all they were doing was getting the clothes WET! When I removed my whites, it was very obvious that they weren't clean and I had even added bleach! So I wasted a lot of money ($15) wetting and drying dirty laundry that didn't come clean! I'll have to rewash everything at a different laundromat in my area and I won't go back there!

Very well lit, tidy, cleanish restroom, on site ATM, coin and card operated machines, which is super convenient. Vending machines for a light snack while you wait along with arcade games and laundry detergents. Everything is pretty cost effective, detergent and fabrics softener $1.25, vending machines $1, arcade games $1. Oh and 24/7 video surveillance. Can't beat it with a stick

They obviously know that it is going to take longer to dry these wet clothes, and the Customer has to pay. The laundromat in Loudon on Hwy 11 is much nicer. Go there.
