This morning a collected my work pants from this dry cleaner. The next morning I took it out of the plastic and saw my pants was completing ruined! It was completely discolored. It look like someone threw it into a hot washing machine. I went back to the dry cleaner and immediately he notice it too. Then when he noticed it he started to deflect and said "I brought it to like that to him" which got me even more upset. DO NOT CARRY YOU CLOTHES HERE. If you do, do not leave until you check it!! I came to this place because they have a such a good Google review. But unfortunately they ruin my wool sweater, which I asked for dry clean. But they clean it with water and my sweater is hard and it shrink. Im unable to wear this anymore, the Indian guy in the counter doesn't know what to do, and he gives me the ridiculous bad attitude. Unfortunately, I don't have a happy story compared to their Google rating. My wife and I dropped off some clothing here last month. It was a comforter and 6 articles of clothing. Even though they were on the more "expensive" side, we came here due to the reviews and distance to my place of business. The gentleman at the counter was polite and we thought everything would turn out just fine. Here's the list of damages: 1. The chain stitching of my wife's cardigan broke off 2. One of the sweaters' textures became rough and different 3. The pants had color discoloration on them 4. Sweater got bigger 5. Pants got smaller 6. The length of one of the tops shrank and the other stayed the same To be honest, we feel like they just threw it in water and washed it like we could have done at home... the issues that happen are not common for a dry cleaner machine. And definitely, not all of the items. This was all from ONE TRIP. I'm not adding them up from many different trips :( The guy was making excuses and said he was the boss. Then, he said he wasn't? I wish I could give them NEGATIVE FIVE STARS. I went there (9/22/20) to get dry cleaning service because they had a lot of good reviews. I gave them 6 items of clothing and they ruined 5 of them. The pants are too tight, sweaters got bigger, and my cardigan lost its chain stitching. So I went back with my clothes on 9/28/20 and told Nick (he said he's the boss but later he told me that there's another boss) about the situation. He got so mad and began to yell at me in a very defensive manner. I just wanted to talk to the owner of the business. He said he's going to give my number to his boss and I AM STILL WAITING for that call. It's been two weeks already!!! To be honest, I paid for their expensive service of over $60 and they ruined hundreds of dollars of my clothing. Can I finally receive some assistance from this business? read more

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!. Picture to the left shows jeans before dropping them off as size 38, not faded. Picked them up and they were horrible, faded, and shrunken to a size 36 (WHICH WERE WAY TOO TIGHT FOR MY HUSBAND). Daniel told me to go buy 2 new pair (which I did). I couldn't find the ones my husband originally had, but found 2 pair and paid $111.28. Took him the receipt and he offers $50.00 and to keep the RUINED JEANS. Then he had a NERVE to say to me that he did not SEE the pants that I dropped off, since he was not there when I brought them in...Really, (like I'm making up the fact that you ruined the jeans).
