Sadly our long time cleaner shut down recently. I looked on a Yelp and found positive ratings for Esquire. This is a double win since they are the Cleaners closest to our home. When I dropped off clothes I spoke to the owner. She was super friendly and thanked me many times for bringing them our business. She showed me where I could drop off our items to be cleaned if it is after hours. She put my in for in the computer and asked how we like to have my husband's shirts done. She also got my cell number and said I would be texted when our clothes are ready for pick up. I was told our clothes would be ready by Saturday afternoon. Saturday morning I received a text stating our clothes were ready for pick up. When I picked them up I was greatly warmly and thanked again for bringing them our business. I felt valued as a customer. I was also told if there was anything we wanted done differently to please just let them know and they would do it the next time. I feel certain I have found our new cleaners and look forward to a long relationship with them. read more

Really loved this place! The woman working there was lovely and the service was great. I brought in a satin dress that had an oil stain on it and she let me know she maybe won't be able to get it out and that she wouldn't charge me if she couldn't. She ended up getting it out and I was thrilled! They also have a pull up service so you can pull to the side of the cleaners and they can put everything in your car. We started using Esquire Cleaners about a year ago when it was bought by a new owner. A.J. did a great job and was recovering from a poorly ran prior owner. He recently sold the business to a new owner who has taken it up another notch. Service is great, they catch small things like buttons missing, replacing collar stays, and are very customer focused. This place is AWESOME! They should change their name to "Miracle Cleaners" I dropped off a few Ralph Lauren Polo's that I thought were ruined after sum pretty bad stains. After trying all I could (at home) with stain removers, bleach, etc. I was about ready to give up. I am not exactly a "Dry Cleaners" type of person but I brought my polos to Esquire Cleaners (b/c their pretty close to my job) hoping they can bring my polo's back to life. The staff members are very courteous & knowledgeable about their trade. Although they told me they can not guarantee that all the stains will disappear, somehow they all got removed & my polos look brand new again! Esquire the only clearners we trust with all our cleaning needs since moving to GA. We used three other companies but after replacing many pieces of clothing and the other companies not taking responsibility for their short comings, we found AJ and Esquire. We have been in transition since the new owners took over and have been extremely surprised that the service continued. However, the new owners have surpassed our expectations. It is sooo much better. The store smells lovely. Our clothing is so clean and is just perfection everytime!! If you are currently thinking of changing or not happy with your current cleaners - don't hesitate bring all your "cleaners" needs to this location- I promise you will not be disappointed. Brought in two linen trousers with some stains from holiday travel. Pointed out each and every stain and was told they needed all week to work on it. Gave them the week, and when I picked them up I was told that they were clean and stain free. Got home and found that the majority of the stains were still there, so I can only hope that they didn't set the stains permanently with their dryer. Is this a laundromat or a dry cleaners? Maybe I'm just naive to think that cleaners should actually clean the fabric. read more

At first I was skeptical about the magic world of dry cleaning. I had never before stepped into a dry cleaner business before. I had to have dry cleaned several suits within 24hrs, in preparation for a sudden and unexplained business trip to Yemen. When I arrived in Yemen, the security detail assigned to me was impressed by the way I had all my suits pressed. The people of Yemen had thier local dry cleaners bombed out several weeks before, so they were really jealous and impressed the way esquire dry cleaners took care of my linens. Dry Cleaners are abundant, so I always look into the small details and costumer service because you can always go across the street to another cleaner. Esquire Cleaners showed respect and care for my clothes that I rarely see. I had some stains on my sweaters and thought about this new place since it was close to Beer Growler (amazing place...side note). I was talking to the front employee about my pesky stains, and this man (possibly the owner) came from the back and started examining my clothes. He told me personally he would keep extra attention to my stuff and do their best. WOW. I have never received that much attention for my clothes. A couple days later I stopped by and got my stuff. The stains were gone. I technically showed up a little earlier than I was supposed to because I was in the area for errands, but that didn't seem to bother them. Now, I take all my expensive linens and materials to them. I would definitely check them out. read more

I hate to write this because I like the owner, Ken. However, this place has ruined clothes and returned them with fluid spots on several occasions. They've also taken 8-10 days for simple items like dress shirts. Most recently, they let the ink cartridge on the printer run out so the tags weren't printed properly. This prevented the clothes from being linked with the customer so they've taken weeks to find what belongs to each person . They still aren't able to find a custom made blazer and refuse any compensation other than "some credit." Some credit to ruin and lose more clothes? I don't think so. With all of the options available in the area, I'd definitely recommend finding a different dry cleaner. read more

I picked up my two identical, but different-colored Michael Kors blazers from Esquire Cleaners on 4/18/18. I noticed later in the day that only the khaki blazer had several spots of orange discoloration on the back as well as knotted-up balls of fabric distributed across the entire back side. I returned it to them to get it fixed and picked it up with less pieces of balls but still looking rough and discolored. The khaki blazer was purchased on 4/21/16, worn lightly five times or less, and never once dry cleaned before this visit. The tag says 'dry clean only.? I had already paid at this point, and I complained to AJ the owner about the damaged clothes and him not offering me a refund, which he still didn't do. So I requested that he refund me the price for a similar blazer I purchase to replace the damaged item. However, AJ said he and his business partner came to the conclusion that the damage was not their fault but a manufacturer defect and to have Michael Kors give me a refund or replace the item. I called the Michaels Kors Store I purchased the jacket from, and they said they don't have defects in that item. At this point, I am left with a damaged blazer with nobody wanting to claim responsibility to replace the blazer. read more
