Brandon came out just now and cleaned a couple dozen dead song birds out of my wood stove flu pipe in addition to the creosote buildup from running the stove all winter. He was also on time and polite. He's going to find a new cap for me without the bird gap. He takes plenty of pictures both inside the chimney and from the roof so you can see what's going on. Brandon said he could come out and look to see what I needed and give me an estimate for the cost to repair or replace. An appt was made for the same day. I received a text message when he was on his way. He was so professional and courteous. He told me he was going to go up and take some pictures and come back down and explain to me what he seen. Come to find out there was a tree branch growing beside my chimney and every time the wind blew it was hitting my cap and eventually knocked it off. This was also affecting my neighbor because her chimney cap was smashed to one side because of that same tree branch. I had Brandon show my neighbor the pictures so she would not light a fire in her fireplace because of the tree branch up there that could catch fire. She had actually seen my chimney cap one day on the ground, picked it up and saved it. Brandon asked if he could see it. She gave it to him, he then said he could put it back up there for me and also try to straighten out my neighbor's cap. He went above and beyond. I am so impressed by him. I cannot say enough good things about Brandon. I currently do not use my fireplace, but if I ever decide to, I will definitely hire Brandon to inspect and sweep it for me. Because he was so kind and generous to do that, I asked if he would be interested in re-bricking our front steps as well. He agreed and also did a beautiful job on them. I'm thrilled with how they turned out. They did 5-star work. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of issues with timeliness in coming/arrival and finishing jobs in a timely manner that others mentioned in their reviews. I do hope that this company visits this criticism and takes it as incentive and opportunity to review how they can improve in this area. I appreciate their work ethic and workmanship so much.

They showed up, calling us when they were on the way, within the scheduled appointment time. They were very professional and careful as to place down tarp in the area of my fireplace and walk areas as I have light color carpet nearby. The work was done, explained to me my concerns and left without any residual or marks on my carpet. I am calling them out again when I need service or assistance as I am not to happy on a roof, just saying! I thanked them for the help and recommendations that were provided to me too.

Landmark stated they are waiting on Reds to call and update their them with the diagnosis and fact they can't work on the system. Due to Reds failure to do their job, I now can't get Landmark to reassign to another contractor. Also, Reds left my furnace in parts, so whoever has to come behind them has to deal with a torn apart system as well.

In today's world having skilled, knowledgeable people we can hire knowing they will act with integrity is just getting harder and harder to come by.
