Klein dental went out of their way to make sure that I felt welcome and safe when I decided to return for a cleaning and an exam after a long hiatus. Brittany, in particular, was an absolute godsend. My name is Kellie , I have never been to this practice before but over the weekend I broke my tooth . Several people told me of this Dentist office. Klein Dental I am the biggest baby there is when it comes to the dentists but let me tell you they have changed my mind . The moment you call to schedule , going into reception area , then lead back to the dreaded chair !! They make you feel welcome and comfortable . I've been seen by nearly everyone in the practice between my dental check-ups, cleanings, filling replacements and orthodontics, and I cannot imagine a better crew to work on me. I also bring my boys, ages 2 & 5 and they love the attention they get, especially Dr. Barry's juggling act! They're new office is beautiful and even has a kids area in the waiting room where they can write on the walls (blackboard walls), but I rarely ever have to wait more than a minute or two. What really blew me away in their practice is the breadth service they offer. When Dr. Jeff started going over options to get my teeth straightened out again (I had braces as a teen, but hadn't worn my retainer and they shifted back), I was amazed that they not only offer Invisaline, but they also work with the metal braces and in my case, the metal ones will work out to be faster and more cost-effective. It seems like many dentists offer Invisaline, but few do braces, and Dr. Jeff has over 30 years of experience with those. Lastly, they work with many kinds of insurance and even have plans for those without insurance. I haven't had any issues with billing, and that's a relief. It seems other medical providers get billing messed up and we have to get involved, but not here. read more

I've finally had enough. I like my dentist (Dr. Barry) and I liked his father before him, but there were always serious problems with billing, scheduling, insurance claims, etc. I overlooked them - because I liked my dentist. And I understand they had to deal with Coronavirus-related restrictions, but I broke a tooth in April and couldn't even get a return phone call. When they finally reopened, I still couldn't get a return phone call. And now they expect me to go to their office and wait in my car (I take the bus - how is that supposed to work?), and pay an additional $20 surcharge to cover their masks and gloves. This is a dental practice - masks and gloves are part of their ordinary overhead. With 3 dentists and 7 hygienists, at $20 extra per patient per visit - well, do the math. That's not just covering additional costs - that's a business that has found a whole new source of revenue. Yeah, I still like my dentist. But not enough to put up with this. read more

Dr. Barry is the best, I worked there at one point and he is an awesome dentist, he focuses on cosmetics and is always doing fun things, he put a golden jewel on my tooth. he's also great with children. Katie and Ashley are the only hygienists I've seen, but they are all wonderful. Katie and Ashley are awesome! read more

I started having issues with my teeth when I was about 20 years old and over the last fifteen years I have seen a handful of dentists and had many procedures done including crowns, root canals, fillings, and recently implants. I was a patient here when I lived in York county and was very happy to find them after having a bad experience at another nearby dental office. All of the work Dr. Barry performed was top notch and it has lasted. I occasionally have crowns or fillings fail but all the ones he did have stood the test of time so far. They take great pride in their work here and treat it like an art form. If I ever had an emergency, they fit me in on short notice which was awesome. I have referred friends and family here- all positive experiences and beautiful results. I've since moved out of state and see another dentist I like but he is not of the same caliber. read more

After years with Dr. Jeff, I attempted to find a dentist closer to our new home in Hershey. Let's just say that I've had some BAD experiences with several dentists during my search. I decided to return to Klein Dental and became one of Dr. Barry's patients. I've had two cleanings there so far, but today I had my first cavity filled. It was hands-down the BEST experience I've ever had, and I have had plenty of fillings in my lifetime. Dr. Barry and his assistants are fabulous! It was difficult for me to leave my prior dentist when I moved from Hershey to East Berlin. So much so that I opted to drive 45 minutes each way to continue going there. But then my fiancé needed a dentist so I started researching for him and stumbled across Klein Dental Associates. I saw the many wonderful reviews about their office so I "tested" it for myself. I have been there for a few years now and I can't recommend them highly enough. Very friendly, personable, accommodating staff and dentists. I've never had to wait to be taken back. They are very timely and courteous. So glad that I found this kind of care so much closer to home. I adore my hygienist and the care she takes with my gums/teeth. I don't leave with my mouth hurting or embarrassed because I don't floss twice a day. :) read more
