I had to take an Uber for that day to get to our unit to make sure everything was going well, and nobody showed up at all. I called the office, but they had no one who could come over. Although they did schedule another appointment the next day, I wasted money on that ride. Andrew came over for the second appointment, and he was easy to talk to as well. I would give a five-star review if they did not mess up with the second appointment, but overall, the experience was good, and it was definitely much more pleasant than my previous experiences with a few plumbers. The part we needed was a "oven blower" that cools off the oven and a control pad which the tech initially called a "hall sensor". When I called AAA, Michelle told me the cost of the 2 parts was $134.00. They charged us almost $470.00 and the tech was done within 45 minutes. The cost of labor was $336.00 for 45 minutes????
