Was recommend Kline's by a local jeweler when I needed resizing on my rings (the other shop had a long wait). Kline's also had a 12 week waitlist which I guess is good for them, but I was able to pay a fee to have the timeline moved up to 2-3 weeks, great. At the 3 week mark I call and ask when the rings will be done, the lady told me that that same day at 2pm they would be finished (Saturday, the close at 3). I couldn't make it down there on Saturday so I went Monday instead and was told that the rings were in fact not completed and I would need to come back. I was slightly annoyed as I had taken time out my day but ultimately went back at closing, received my rings and am very happy with the results. Improve communication and get 5 stars! read more

Always friendly always helpful high quality work at reasonable prices. Was looking for a Greek evil eye pendant on a necklace and although they did not have one they ordered one for me 14 karat gold with diamonds and sapphires. My daughter will be surprised on Christmas morning. They also do a great job of cleaning your jewelry while you browse the cases. read more

I had them place charms on a bracelet. They don't lay properly!!!! No pride in workmanship. I took one look at it and said they don't lay properly. The lady went back to the jeweler and he laid it down in a certain direction, if you lay it like this they do. This is long overdue, but I just wanted to share how WONDERFUL Kline's Jewelry is. As an extremely particular person...I'll admit it. We went in before the wedding with only a hint of an idea of what we wanted for wedding rings. Megan and her family made it such an amazing experience. I lived in LA at the time and had gone to several places, never really feeling like I was being heard or impressed with the quality. In fact, one experience was downright awful. Called by phone prior to driving up to the store about eye glass frame repair. Was told to bring them on in we do this all the time. We sometimes can do repair right away as we know the hardship of being without your eye wear. We drove up to the store and was like a whole different attitude in person. The clerk took out back and the returned stating we can't repair titanium. Nothing but a wasted trip. I would not recommend these people to anybody as they are not up front with people. read more

Does anyone use Yelp anymore? I don't know, but the service was so amazing I had to make a Yelp account to give Kline's a review! I asked for 3 rings to be resized (bigger) and cleaned. Not only did Kelly take the time to help me find the right size (I'm picky and my size fluctuates!), but she and the Kline's team managed a very busy showroom with lots of excited customers like it was nobody's business! Except it is their business! And they're great at it! She offered the rhodium something or other...WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND...and when I picked them up...they're like brand new! I was seriously amazed! It was only a few bucks, I thought it would look nice and clean! Which it did! But I was also so blinded by the sparkle I had to put my shades on!!!! The prices in general were way lower than what Google tells you to expect and definitely lower than chain jewelry stores. Did I mention they essentially called me before I left the parking lot to tell me they were ready?! After estimating a week?!? I took my mom's diamond bracelet in for an appraisal for her estate and the employees there ( yes, plural) would not let me put a value on the ticket when their ticket clearly states they would only be responsible for the bracelet up to the value on the ticket. They said they've never had a problem before and said i would have to fill out a new ticket with no value entered. The bracelet, valued at $17k with another appraiser, was not going to be left there without my having recourse should something happen at their store! Will never step foot in there again!
