Over the years--with all the ups and downs, body adjustments, weight gain and loss--I began experiencing intense nerve pain in my lower back and right hip, radiating from my buttocks all the way down to my toes. That's when I learned it had a name: sciatica. For a while, I tried to manage the pain with basic stretches, but last year I decided to get an X-ray--just to be safe. The results were honestly shocking: I was diagnosed with L4-L5 disc degeneration, which was the root cause of all my pain. So I started physical therapy. But in March of this year, after a long trip, things got so much worse. The pain became unbearable, and I knew I had to find another way. That's when my partner suggested I try a chiropractor. I'll be honest--I was skeptical. But thank God I found Dr. Min. From the very first visit, the nerve pain that had tormented the entire right side of my body--from my hip to my toes--was completely gone. He tried to go harder. After the massage was the adjustment... I saw the doctor briefly and it seemed pretty quick.
