Huge thanks to N-PAC Norris Performing Arts Center for adding three more nights of Ride the Cyclone! Your facility is fantastic--comfortable, welcoming, and built for great theater. The sound system was absolutely top tier and made the entire experience even better. The staff was helpful and professional, and the ticket check-in could not have been smoother or more seamless. Most of all, the cast was incredible. truly amazing performances in a show that's become a real cult classic. A sold-out run says everything about how special this production was. We loved every minute and can't wait to see more shows at this venue! read more

Great multi-purpose studio. They have singing, acting and dancing in many forms. From Broadway dance to hip hop they offer a variety of classes and levels. The teachers are nice and the kids are so talented. They have some fun summer camps and adult dance classes on occasion. Private parking lot and lots of space. read more

There are several issues with this company... 1st issue is that they keep the kids there from approximately 4-5PM until 9-9:30PM on school nights. That's 4-5 hours after school and they don't have time to do homework, eat dinner and go to sleep way too late. 2nd big issue: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD! They will continue to charge without your authorization including additional fees that you don't know about. I asked the owner Bridget to remove my card from the account and reverse the additional charges and she threatened to remove my child from the program. I told her to leave the current charges and remove my card for future use and I would pay as I was notified. However 2 weeks later, she charged the card again approximately $600. I disputed it with my card company and got a hold of someone else in the company who finally removed my card. 3rd issue is the hours that they show on Yelp are not accurate and I believe it is more to protect the company rather than give accurate info. They advertise that they close at 8PM when in reality as my above complaint shows, they keep the kids significantly later. Go to NPAC on a Wednesday at 9PM and the parking lot will be full. 4th issue is that if you try to deal directly with the owner, she is very rude and abrupt. I believe in the arts for kids and I encourage my child to participate. However, I think this company was never structured properly to accommodate children especially during school. read more

My daughter has had trauma from past dance studios *cough* MSDC *cough* anyway. she loves it here. great teachers they give every dancer a oppurtunity and they dont give a damn about the money or winning. highly reccomend this studio for anyone read more

To be honest the people are very inviting and my child had a blast there so the instructors seem to be good. However they really need to hire more front office. There are several times you can not get ahold of them, also they forgot to add my child to the cast booklets which is so disappointing because those are keep sakes and I brought so many people to see her perform and they could not find her in the program. Also things I purchased still have not received. I am only saying in hopes they improve this aspect. There seems to be a lot of volunteers but not a steady staff that focus on customer service, follow ups ect... A bit unorganized or short staffing. read more

The bullying at this facility is out of control. My children participated in a musical theater production here and were bullied as well as witnessed other kids being bullied. My oldest called out some of the bigger bullies and tried to ask the adults for help but the main bully is the daughter to some of the staff there. The communication was terrible and bottom line, this is not a safe place for children. read more

WE LOVE N-PAC! Both my daughters go there with pleasure. When there's a school break (N-PAC follows a school schedule) my daughters miss it and can't wait until it's reopened. I want to mention two teachers who we especially like: Mrs. Sarah Cleveland and Tabetha. They are very professional. In addition, N-PAC is a great place for children to make new friends due to the friendly environment. read more

It's good enough for they offer but if your family isn't a dance family, no one will give up a seat. these parents are ridiculous. they spread their all of their things in tables and take up the entire place. There clearly isn't enough seating for the families here. read more

Similar to the other negative reviews, no refund policy --- collected $600 from me after a one week trial (that was just previously promoted as free on website). Zero discussion of said policy during my rushed signing. Also informative of the business was the zero questions asked about what my kid didn't like from the trial classes. Also similar to other negative reviews, it's incredibly difficult to contact anyone that can help with anything financial related. Greater than three weeks to be contacted - despite repeated emails, calls and in person requests. read more

We absolutely love this place! This is our 3rd year with Norris performing arts center and I have seen major growth in my daughter. We love all of the staff and students, they are like our family. The bonds these girls have created on this competition team is incredible. Our lives wouldn't be complete without N-PAC. For the past 3 years, I had my daughter jumping around between 2 different dance studios and another Performing Arts Center. Her schedule is crazy and her growth didn't match the time we were putting in to try and help her achieve her goals as a performer. When the Norris Family began tossing around the idea of opening a serious center that would be more like a Performing Arts School rather than just another "dance studio" IN the Temecula/Murrieta Valley, I couldn't wait for it to become a reality. They don't disappoint. Dean and Bridget Norris have spared no expense in creating an atmosphere of creative expression. The focus being on qualified instructors and coaches to help aspiring performers reach the next level. You won't find "games" here. You find exercises designed to grow one's talent. The Center is huge, over $11,000 sq. ft. The people are friendly and helpful. One does not need to be nervous about starting some place new. The facility has been open for 6 days and one can see that there will not be a need to drive to LA for acting instruction as often. The center even offers a self tape room for auditions. I am so blessed to have this quality of a PAC ten minutes from my home. My daughter receives all that she needs in one place. As the center grows, not only in it's offerings, but in it's staff and students, it will quickly become a staple of the community. read more

Today was our daughters 2nd dance class and we have been so impressed with the center, and especially with Miss Heather! She is AMAZING!! Our daughters are 3 and 4 and the way she keeps them engaged and following directions is super impressive! They love all of her fun props and the music she uses. The talent coming out of this studio blows me away! I've been to several shows performed by the students and I really felt like I was watching a professional production in terms of talent alone. You can easily see how much of an impact the teachers are making on their students and how much these kids look up to them. I know some of these kids and the difference in their ability after just a short time is astounding! My Son Nick was very eager to start acting classes and we were so afraid of having him drive towards LA... By chance we found out about NPAC and it changed everything. The facility is top notch, the instructors give 150% and really converse with the students. I love this place!! Great teachers!!! The improvement I have seen over the years in dance, acting and voice with my grandson is amazing!! My daughter has been taking dance, vocal, and acting classes for over two years at N-Pac. We love the fact that there are so many different options/classes available to really see what your forte will be. The instructors are very experienced and have been amazing at helping my daughter reach her goals. They have really worked hard through the recent changes to still have classes via Zoom......which gives her a great outlet and to keep up with the classes she loves. I 100% recommend that you consider N-Pac if your child is interested in Singing, Acting, or Dancing.......there's something for everyone!!! We were treated very poorly by them, and in particular Greg Wray. Classes that I had paid for were dropped with no notice and when I asked for money back for those classes, I was only compensated for one and told I should be grateful. Worse than that, when I asked for my money back, I was treated to an incredible rant of insults that went on for almost a half an hour on the phone by Greg Wray after Bridget passed him the phone. It was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. It was an awful experience and neither I nor my son deserved any of it. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place! My daughter is involved in acting, singing, musical theatre, and Dance and I am so impressed with how much she continues to progress. The teachers are the real deal and put 100 percent in everything they do and the directors and owners are nice, friendly, and are always willing to help.
