They take the time to clearly explain what services are needed and keep me updated throughout the process, which makes me feel valued and informed as a customer. The waiting area is always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing environment while my vehicle is being serviced. The entire team at Coral Springs Kia demonstrates great customer service, efficiency, and attention to detail. I truly appreciate how seamless and stress-free each visit has been. Because of the consistent quality of care and professionalism, I would absolutely recommend Coral Springs Kia to friends, family, and colleagues. They make servicing my vehicle a positive experience every time.

No diagnostic even offered because the engine light had gone off . Second time, they did "diagnose " it I was told it was the gas cap. They didn't even mention the code that was triggered in the Kia app. .. the vehicle progressively got worse as they MISSED the issue and my car began stalling ... Just a day after they looked at it . Took it to another Kia dealership and the code it was throwing was a legit issue that causes intermittent issues with the engine and requires extensive repair . So happy I decided to take my vehicle to Rick case .. where they actually listen and don't just tell you nonsense and lies. Wouldn't recommend this dealership to a dog.

They're very aggressive and they lie. I blatantly called out one for saying he had just started working there when I knew that wasn't true because the last time I leased a car (3years prior) he was the same finance guy I dealt with. I was absolutely disgusted with him trying to bully me and lying to my face. I do not trust them at all. The service department is always good about getting my car serviced. Always done properly without any issues and they catch things that I didn't even see. So much so that they'll let me know certain things are covered under warranty and I should get it fixed. I greatly appreciate that. Oil changes can sometimes take a while which I don't understand being that I'm usually the first in line. Shockingly today it was only about 45mins when I was told an hour and 15mins. So that made me happy. A nice perk they give is breakfast with Larry's over in the Honda dealership if you're in early. I do enjoy that. So I'd say the service departments customer service is great and they're always very kind. Love that. The sales department needs an attitude adjustment and really should stop lying to customers and stop being overly aggressive. My next car won't be with Nissan after my last experience.

I can't believe I'm giving a 5-star review to an automobile dealership, but here we are. I just…read morebought a 2021 Nissan Rogue SV in September 2024. I did not buy it here, but at a dealership in Miami. It was a lease return and it still had some warranty left and since I live near Fort Lauderdale, I brought it here for an oil change. The oil change was free and Michael, my service rep was excellent. But the downside to getting an oil change at a dealership is how long it takes. It's always at least an hour, so I was headed to the lounge when Sam approached me. Let me tell you about Sam. Sam is a salesman, but not like a typical car salesman. He was extremely polite, but naturally, not like he was acting. He asked me if he could run the Carfax on my car and let me know what I could be looking at for a trade. Normally, I always refuse as I wasn't looking to buy a new car, but I had an hour to kill and nothing else to do, so I agreed. Sam ran the report and came back to me and the results were what I expected. He offered to show me what they had, and I kind of felt sorry for him. I'm picky. He had a lot of 2025 Rogues, but I don't want just any. First, no black, no charcoal, no brown. That eliminated the vast majority. Red I can live with but white is my preference. So we looked at white. But no black interiors (it's south Florida and the sun is brutal) and no to AWD (all wheel drive). And I don't want the SL (mostly the difference is leather seats, which I will stick to because I always wear shorts) but would prefer to stay with the SV. Which left Sam with a lot of homework, but he was able to find the vehicle I wanted only it had to be brought in from another dealership. I was fine with that, but now I want my price. The MSRP said $44,000 and the sticker said $37,500. My trade was valued at $20,000 and he asked me what I would be comfortable with paying. I came back with $8,000 out the door. Now, I'm not the best at math but even I knew this was a stretch. Still, I wasn't looking to buy a car, I came in for an oil change. Now Sam has some work to do with the finance department. They came back with some numbers that were too high, but eventually, they came back at $8,500. I was okay with that. So, I turned in the 2021 that I've been driving for the last six months and left with a brand new 2025. And I will highly recommend Sam to anyone who is looking for a car because he's amazing. I honestly cannot say I have ever had an experience like this when buying a car.

Jim Jablonski was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. He is the most considerate person I have ever dealt with. He and Alex Kline, my Service Advisor, made sure the work was being done on my car. Alex Kline was my Service Advisor. My 11 yr. old well-kept Buick had developed a few major problems which were identified and work was started right away. A major part had to be ordered from GM which was done right away. Alex kept on top of everything until the repairs were completed. Riccardo, the service mechanic Foreman, really knows how to fix vehicles. I was even able to speak with him. He knew just what was wrong with my car and proceeded to make sure it got repaired correctly. The other mechanic in the shop who worked on my car also did a great job. It was a real team effort, and everyone did an excellent job. Everyone there who I came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful. I'm so glad I went there. Going forward, I will return to keep my car maintained at Coral Springs Buick GMC Service Dept. Laura Kellstrom

Second visit, they charged me for an oil change when I had 3 free ones with the purchase of my vehicle. I only found out I still had the 3 free oil changes when I went to Lou Bochrodt Chevy. Next service appointment was after my truck wouldn't start. Luckily still in warranty but it took two days to have a service advisor return my call to say what the problem was and when it would be fixed. Then when I went to pick it up nobody had the keys and they couldn't located them so told me to come back the next day. I had a second set of keys on me but they had my truck blocked by another vehicle and couldn't move it to let me out. These people are either shady or incompetent or both. Either way do not do business with them.

To start, WALK past the vulture sales guys standing on the outside stairs. They opened the foor and I walked in to pick out my salesperson. My money, my choice! A very nice salesman approached us very politely inside and we started the process of test driving and then negotiating. I like the sales guy Jorge (KIKÉ) because he knew enough about the features of the vehicle eventhough he has just started working at the dealership 2 weeks earlier. Nice young guy who was eager but also eager to learn. Throughout the sales process, there was his boss, and his bosses boss that finally had enough power to get the deal done. This is where the process stinks but it is out of their hands. We arrived at 10am on a Friday and thankfully by 3:30, I was driving off the lot with my new car. There is way too much paperwork and time wasted from the handshake deal to writing a check and finally driving away. I was drained and a little exhausted in the end. The dealership itself is nothing fancy and there are no showroom vehicles to waste selling space. Just a large indoor office with lots of tables for negotiating and some small offices for the managers. I enjoyed the complimentary bottled water and fresh popped pop-corn. Hopefully my visits for the complimentary service will be more efficient.

Total time for my service: 1 hour 10 minutes Overall, the Service Center was excellent with the check-in process, best dealership oil change pricing and step-by-step notifications of my service but there are some improvements needed. The waiting room is in dire need of a remodel, it remained nearly the same as the day I first got a car serviced here (2014). They got rid of the complimentary breakfast pastries so I ended up walking to a nearby Dunkin Donuts instead of waiting in their "VIP Waiting Lounge" if I remember the sign correctly.
