So I would take any response they post to this review with a grain of salt. It's easy to post a public response that makes it look like you're addressing a customer's concerns. Actually following through and contacting the customer is another matter. Get everything in writing and check every number before signing a deal at this dealership. When I began my negotiation at this place I already had a deal from another Kia dealership. But, I wanted to save myself a drive to Miami. I told Anthony the sales manager in Coral Springs that if he could match the other dealership's out-the-door price and trade-in value, I would purchase the car at Coral Springs Kia instead. Anthony agreed to both amounts then transferred the car from the other dealership to their location. When I came in a couple days later to finalize the purchase, suddenly the trade-in value was thousands less. When I questioned Anthony, he told me they never agreed to the higher trade-in value, even though I had a signed quote from their dealership (photo attached). I pushed back, and they agreed to correct the trade-in value. Then I reviewed the finance paperwork. The right trade-in value was on there, but now they added extra dealer fees to the price of the car! When I pointed out that the numbers no longer matched what we had agreed to, Anthony told me to "forget" the previous out-the-door price and said that if I didn't like the new deal, I could leave. At this point, the car I wanted had been moved to their location, so I couldn't return to the Miami dealership to get the car with the deal I wanted. This was the only car like it within an hour's drive. I had to accept the new deal or walk away. The most frustrating part was that Anthony was dishonest with me and said that an agreement never existed even though I was holding a signed quote from his dealership. If you decide to buy a Kia here, save everything in writing and compare the finance paperwork line by line against the deal you were promised.

He is the most considerate person I have ever dealt with. He and Alex Kline, my Service Advisor, made sure the work was being done on my car. Alex Kline was my Service Advisor. My 11 yr. old well-kept Buick had developed a few major problems which were identified and work was started right away. A major part had to be ordered from GM which was done right away. Alex kept on top of everything until the repairs were completed. Riccardo, the service mechanic Foreman, really knows how to fix vehicles. I was even able to speak with him. He knew just what was wrong with my car and proceeded to make sure it got repaired correctly. The other mechanic in the shop who worked on my car also did a great job. It was a real team effort, and everyone did an excellent job. Everyone there who I came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful. I'm so glad I went there. I was blown away by the professionalism and accuracy of the entire deal from start to finish. This is my 7th exotic purchase over the last few years and the very first one that I actually didn't fly out to look over and meet the dealer.
