For example, try to convince you to change a tire when the tire is still good for a couple years, or a light switch is draining your battery, and they say your battery is too old and convince you to change it. Or try to convince you to change a tire when the tire is still good for a couple years. In my view, it is not very honest and is not fair (some people don't make enough money) because they could find what was draining the battery before convincing the customer to change the battery or changing a tire, which is still good. A simple fixing can become a big fixing. What keeps a customer coming back is the fairness and honesty of the shop. Joe, who is the office worker, tries to bring work to the shop, and the owner, Mike (who could be friendlier), likes it because they need the cash, but when you are too greedy, you can lose great and loyal customers. Joe is a nice and very friendly guy, but he must be careful trying to convince customers that they should fix other things in their car that are not necessary to fix at the moment. I think their synthetic oil change is too expensive (over 98 dollars). Some places around are only 69 dollars. Guys, lower your oil-changing price. I will go back there for oil changing and service. I like them. I just dislike when a simple fixing becomes a big fixing. Since the owner of a car is not a mechanic or a specialist on cars, he can fall for any opinion given by the shop specialists on fixing cars. Guys, I like your shop and you, but please make it easier for the customers. One thing I can say is they are fast fixing something, but "fast" also can be deceiving. One thing I don't like is that if you come to change your oil, they always find things in your car to be fixed (ex: Ah, you should fix this and that and so on--don't fall for it). I hope they are not breaking something when fixing something else to make you pay to fix something else (that is against the law if proved). Honesty is the soul of a great service. Guys, be honest and you will be loved! Next time I will give a 5-star review if they become clever at finding fixings to make and help loyal customers always return to their shop. One thing I should say: they very much know what they are doing! Just be careful.
