Really Never take your car there ! His diagnosis was 11.000 k Took a week , I had to rent a car In the dealership took 2 days , got a loner and pay 600 bucks car repaired , serviced oil , filter , all check up to date while Amir took a week, wrong diagnosed stunk of cat pee , worst place never go there . I was greeted by Chris and he immediately helped me was very courteous listened to my concerns (other than the oil change) and was absolutely helpful. My car was taken care of in no time, they did my AC by adding Freon and also gave me an estimate (very fair and reasonable)on other work which needs to be done. I will definitely go back and the customer service was wonderful, the place is very clean and even had refreshments to offer and . The lady in the back I can't remember her name, but she also was very friendly; it seems to be a family owned place, which I like. So to sum this regular place however they could not fit me in and I wanted it done on the spot. I also made arrangements for new brake pads on my other vehicle and oil changes on both vehicles. Lewis had told me he would be here around 11am on Wednesday. Did not hear from him in the morning and finally reached him at 12:30. He told me he would be here in an hour. Finally showed up at 2:30. Did not have any of the required parts with him. Said he would do the oil changes and pick up the parts in the morning. A short while later he told me he couldn't do the oil changes because his jack was broken and that he would return on Thursday to take care of everything. Texted him Thursday morning to get an estimate for his arrival. No response. Tried calling him several times during the day but he never answered his phone. Bottom line, he ghosted me Thursday, never showed up and I have never heard from him again. Do business with this company at your own risk but prepare to be disappointed. He did not have the courtesy or decency to tell me why he backed out of the job. It is very clear that I would never do business with him again.

Fast forward to Jan. my check engine light came on took to advanced It said Tran E solenoid, henry tells me bring it in had my car almost 2 months it's in the back of yard nothing is being done to it I'm having to call him and get updates by now. I am no longer working at the restaurant and the house I was living in with the mold where I had to leave my dogs. The owner suddenly passed away February 9 now I'm faced with having to find a place that will accept to pitbulls along with no income car payments are getting behind I owed $1140. He talks me into putting a mechanics lien on my car to help me get on my feet. It's wrong it's fraud but I was desperate I agreed I find out from a letter when I go to take my dogs out of the moldy house that they're still living in that the bank has possession of my vehicle. He didn't even call me to tell me they picked it up. They paid $5700 for my car that he did not fix not to mention when I drop the car off I left them with $150 , at this point, I go by the shop and that's when he tells me he has cancer with his red blood cells. I asked what kind he gives me no name tells me he has to contact his company and he will call me tomorrow at this point he still not contacting me. I show up at the shop again. I'm told he didn't show up. He's in the hospital. I park around the corner five minutes later only to see Henry pull up to lock up his shop , he took me on a high-speed chase at one point I even asked him to not put the lien on it or withdraw it. I had a 2019 Ford Transient Connect and then brought in my Nephews 2007 Dodge 3500. Dale, the owner and his Son treated me like a long lost friend and are real square shooters and gave honest advice in regard to my equipment. I'm an Aircraft technician for a major airline and former Fireman / truck maintainer so I have a good idea what's going on! Dale was beyond fair with me and saved me Thousands in repairs With good advice to his detriment. Example, He could have fixed my Ford Transient Connect costing thousands but advised me "the transmission overall a defective design, I should get rid of it and sell it as is. " I traded it to car dealer and a year latter I received notice from Ford regarding it's transmission replacement.  I saw the review below involving the guy with the 1975 Eldorado and asked Dale about it. As an aircraft mechanic for 42 years, I can tell you as a technician we are not perfect all the time and sometimes things go wrong. Even the owner of the 1975 Eldorado admited it "Serious mistake but things happen". To me, It's how you recover from your mistakes that count! After speaking in depth with Dale about the issue and the video and photographic evidence he presented me, I feel Dale went above and beyond to remedy his mistake and fairly assuage a unsatisfied customer. However, as a Technician I have found in Life there are people you just can't make happy or they want things for free. I now have a friend and Transmission go to guy!
