The whole team made the buying process comfortable--no pressure and very well organized. I was then told it was my fault for not taking the first price given for the group of items. "That's what you get", I was told. I've been to hundreds of sales over the years and I have never experienced this level of rudeness and disrespect for a customer who was trying to stick to a budget. I didn't even ask for a reduction on the items I deemed too highly priced, out of respect- I just opted not to buy them. In return I was made to feel like their decision to raise the price on the remaining items to make up the amount they were going to lose was my fault. All you had to do was back out the amount that I decided not to purchase but no, greediness won over. I will never give you my business again.
