Despite explaining my urgent situation--and a known leak issue diagnosed back in the fall in my home northern state that routinely gets snow in the winter --I was met with nothing but delays and indifference. I dropped off my vehicle at 8 a.m. with the clear expectation of a prompt service, only to be told by an employee that he'd get back to me "in a few hours." When I called at 2:45 p.m., I was informed, "Nothing we can do. We'll get to it when we can." After my co-workers had to bring me back at 5:30 p.m., I reluctantly rescheduled the appointment for the next morning. The same cycle repeated the following day. Finally, after continuous follow-up calls, I was told around 3:30 p.m. that they couldn't find the leak and that the system was recharged with dye--before being instructed to return if the AC ever started blowing hot. Fast-forward six weeks: After another 8 a.m. drop-off and numerous calls, I finally spoke with Denick. He explained that a technician had determined the evaporator coils were leaking and that the o-rings needed to be replaced. When I inquired about the availability of the o-rings, Denick dismissed my concerns with a sarcastic remark: "it's Louisiana, it gets hot here." Adding insult to injury, I later took my vehicle to another mechanic who determined that the o-rings do not need to be replaced at all. Between the repeated delays, lack of proper communication, and the dismissive attitude toward my urgent work-related situation, I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. If you depend on your vehicle for work and value timely, competent service, I recommend steering clear of this Firestone location.

I just got a new truck that had Zero tint on the front windows…read more I booked an appointment with Matthew. They send you a reminder the day before and day of your scheduled visit. They took my truck right when I got there and explained the different types of tint available. There are a lot of options and he explained them all and let me decide what I wanted. I was out the door in 35 minutes. The tint work is flawless and super fast!! I'm going to go back and get my giant sunroof tinted! They use llumar tint , which is widely considered to be the best stuff out there. They also offer tinting on your windows at your home or business. I'm renovating my house and I am having them come tint my windows that face West. The heat reflection offered by their premium level of tint is truly impressive. They're right there across Vets. from Lakeside mall. They have a really nice showroom for you to wait in. They offer complementary beverages. Pretty nice beverages. You should enjoy the waiting area, you won't be there long!!! The owners of the business are on site and that's nice!! I highly recommend this shop for your window tinting needs.
