Went for a simple tire change. Car has splitters on front bumper which they promptly broke when one…read moreof the employees took the car for a drive. The entrance to their premises has a moderately steep change in gradient which was the likely culprit. This could have been easily avoidable had they taken the time and care to simply angle the vehicle appropriately and go slowly when exiting their driveway (as I was able to do quite effortlessly the previous day and as I do at various other places). No real apologies on site, merely that the splitters were already a bit loose and fell off 'somewhere in the parking lot'. Force of the impact on the splitter also damaged the paint on the underlying bumper. Luckily the splitters were only affixed with double sided tape meaning that the impact detached them as opposed to putting more stress and potentially causing more damage to bumper. Tyre change itself was as expected but really not worth it if you factor in the extra cost you'll have to spend when they recklessly drive your car and cause paint damage. Would avoid this place.

From them I found out that it was my front tyres and that the back tyres get shifted to the front so new tyres can get put on the back (or it could be the other way round-I really should be blonde). They seemed completely unphased by my lack of car knowledge and did the job on the spot with no booking and no hint of the patronising attitude I usually get from such places. Their prices were good in comparison to what I've seen advertised from other tyre places. Would willingly recommend them to any other hapless female needing new tyres.
