Almost a week ago I had the opportunity to join my daughter for an in-studio segment at Studio 40 Live with Gary Gelfand and Scott Moak focusing on local small businesses. She was one of the featured entrepreneurs and I was just there to assist her. My assignment was to take pictures and videos during the segment LoL! At the time we were setting up, I got to see how a studio operated behind the scenes. It's actually pretty cool. Sonseeahray Tonsall was the anchor doing the midday news at the studio. I was careful not to get in the way of the one-man camera crew while broadcasting... there were a lot of countdown cues for when she needs to get back on live from a cut to a news interview from the field or from a commercial break. My daughter did her segment along with four others scheduled that day, cameras shifted focusing from one corner to another... ahh, so that's how they do it.
