For being a major media biz, located about 2 miles from my home, they have fallen way down on…read moreperformance. Much of their TV line up are my favorite shows. We watch alot of ch 13 daily. But since Paramount broke loose, we get nothing but pixelation or wind disturbance at least 4 out of 7 days. Ive called to request they look into this, but broadcast has still not improved. My theory is, they want to force Paramount monthly purchase so they are purposely allowing WEAK SIGNAL for the free channel. When I google ch 13 and try to view it on my Samsung22 phone, the graphics are horrible. The text boxes photo and cpy do not come up fitting small phone screens. Cant read any of it. Doesnt anybody check their work anymore? Gee! Same thing goes on with the text bands loaded at the bottom of news casts. Either move your oversized banners to the top sky area of stories or make those smaller. Also the morning news anchor just cant seem to prep for his lines before broadcast so when he reads it is difficult to even listen to him continually stumble around the text. Dina Kupfer is sorely missed!!! Lastly, please stop breaking news stories always in the middle of the Price is Right or switch time slots with Lets make a Deal and cut into their airtime. Ch 13 could be local top dog again with just a few tweaks!

I have experienced the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have spent more than 20…read morehours in the store and over 5 hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue that should never have happened. I originally intended to sign up for internet service but was persuaded to add a phone line as well. Unfortunately, I have now been without the ability to receive calls or send text messages for 14 days. Every day, I am told to wait another 24 hours while the issue is supposedly being worked on, yet there has been no resolution. I have repeatedly been given the same answer without any meaningful progress. I was even told that my options were to purchase a new phone number or buy a new phone. When I attempted to purchase a new phone to resolve the problem, I was informed that this process would also take another 24 hours. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I have invested an unreasonable amount of time trying to fix an issue that was created during the activation process. I expected a resolution, appropriate compensation for the loss of service, and a clear explanation of why this has taken two weeks without a solution. Now I have a new phone number and have lost my number that I have had for 20 years.

Almost a week ago I had the opportunity to join my daughter for an in-studio segment at Studio 40 Live with Gary Gelfand and Scott Moak focusing on local small businesses. She was one of the featured entrepreneurs and I was just there to assist her. My assignment was to take pictures and videos during the segment LoL! At the time we were setting up, I got to see how a studio operated behind the scenes. It's actually pretty cool. Sonseeahray Tonsall was the anchor doing the midday news at the studio. I was careful not to get in the way of the one-man camera crew while broadcasting... there were a lot of countdown cues for when she needs to get back on live from a cut to a news interview from the field or from a commercial break. My daughter did her segment along with four others scheduled that day, cameras shifted focusing from one corner to another... ahh, so that's how they do it. Although I don't watch the news much the experience was cool and interesting. I get my news from Facebook LoL! This is FOX 40 Live... and that's a wrap. Review #2756

I never signed up for a 36 month contract! I talked with a manager from both DIRECTV and AT&T and got nowhere. Told them I'd pay to stop this nonsense and will see how to get my money back-- their cheapest service is $89 per month with no premium channels-- what a joke that's on me--- will NEVER TRUST them again.
