My car sat in storage racking up a decent bill while miscommunications and difficulty speaking to the allstate adjuster due to my work schedule plagued me. Finally an adjuster came by and made me an offer that wasn't enough to cover the lease payout. After asking them to call Nissan and settle it they refused. I even confrenced called nissan with allstate and no luck. Fed up, i looked up a local Allstate agency to try to get something done. This is when I found Jay Dubin. Let me just say that Jay Dubin is a total professional. I showed up with an hour before closing and Mr. Dubin went out of his way to get supervisors and managers on the phone to get answers to my problem. Mind you he works for Allstate which is not even my insurance. I left the office thankful but also cynical because after all this i didnt think my situation would be resolved. Then Monday came and first thing in the morning I get a call from one of the supervisors telling me they will cover everything including all storage fees. I am so greatful that I happened upon Mr. Dubin's office. The man is an Allstate agent for 30 years and is really good at his job. Above all he really cares. But they insured me with UPC with my personal name. 3 month later I told them I have tenants move in. then they told UPC don't insure LLC.(Paid whole year), she changed to Utica for LLC,(paid whole year). 1 month later, they told me Utica don't have renter's policy. then changed to Kingstone, I received a bill form Kingstone, while I am still paying Utica policy during the same time period. She canceled Utica policy. a month later I didn't get refund. I called Utica the girl told me the check mailed out a week ago, and sent to a wrong address. Address should be xx midwood ave, nesconset, NY 11767 instead xx midwood ave, Lake grove, NY 11755, I never received the check. Insurance agent is very irresponsible, they don't have any knowledge what policy they are selling. I still didn't get my refund $1xxx check from Utica. The reason I chose this company, because they just 5 minutes away from my house. I thought it was convenient. Biggest Mistake. Regretted it
