At first these folks seemed legit. Sales rep Brian arrived in a new Tesla to do the estimate. They…read morerequested deposit on a secure platform. Lacey and Jeff from the office called us back when the permit process went overlong. But when it was time to install, the story changed. They used a sketchy subcontractor fencing company to do the entire installation. He left cigarettes everywhere and behaved badly on the property. And apparently the sales rep hadn't measured properly so there was a giant gap that Revolution had to return to fix. That was when our neighbor noticed the fence leaning and showed us - they hadn't put concrete in the front posts. That was why the gates wouldn't close properly. So we called Revolution back. They returned, said they added all the missing concrete into the holes, that had only been partially filled. A few months later, the fence leaned over again. We called Revolution and this time , instead of Lacey we got Denielle, who was rude and accusatory, but who said they would call us back. Of course, they never did. So we tried and guess what - they hung up on us. Trashy customer service for a company that claims excellence. So we called a fence repair guy, only to learn that Revolution - or their sketchy subcontractor - never fixed the fence as they claimed because they NEVER PUT ANY CONCRETE in the opposite sides of the fence post! If Revolution had just come out, they would have seen the empty post holes that their sketchy subcontractor DID NOT FILL WITH CONCRETE, and they would have been so embarrassed. But instead, they refused to stand by their work and they behaved rudely and dishonestly, hiring out the job to sketchy subcontractors. This makes them dishonest and unreliable, and their trashy customer service makes them a business to avoid at all costs!
