You see I had 66 tiles and needed 80. So I decided to do a border around the tile first, this way there will be enough tile to work with. Let me say Jeremy and Matthew did a great job. They put it in, and it's perfect. The way Jeremy suggested to arrange the tile, was just the look I was going for!They are on time, worked very hard, cleaned up every evening when they were done for the day. On top of this they completed the project, on time and it's beautiful! I could call or text them anytime day or night and get a response. We notified KMB that we could not move forward with the project and requested the return of our deposit (3 months ago). In several subsequent emails, they said they were processing the refund. They now claim that we might be responsible for the balance and owe more money. We have requested an accounting of all monies paid on our behalf. We have documentation of all correspondences and are considering legal action.

Walter U. We…read moreContacted Tropical Marine of Port Charlotte after needing to have our boat lift pilings and roof supporting pilings removed and disposed after being damaged from a hurricane. They quoted a very fair price and we decided to hire them. Bill and his assistant (sorry, forgot his name) came out, made a couple of suggestions which we agreed to, and tirelessly cleared up our dock. After they were finished, we asked if they could add a few yards of rocks to our riprap, which they did. Conclusion: Very pleased with the results done by Bill and his assistant. They worked tirelessly and were very pleasant to deal with. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Don't trust these people! Took them 5 months to replace 1…read morepiling. They kept stringing us along that it would be soon for months. Worst part was when they finally came to do the work they left the boat sitting out of the water causing the barnicles to dry to the hull. This is such a amateur mistake, everyone knows barnicles come off easy in the water but ofer they dry they form a coral reef on the bottom of the boat. Even worse, instead of saying sorry they shouldn't have done that, the owners tried to convince us taking barnicles off is easier dry (Google and 100% of the cleaning people we talk to say the opposite). Them leaving the boat put of the water cost us nearly $5000. between cleaning and resurfacing the hull. You'll see I attached her saying its easier to remove barnicles dry and what the expert barnicle removers say and what google ai says...

Craig came by quickly and gave us an estimate and put us on the list. We knew we would have to wait under the circumstances but were glad to do so based on their reputation with builders that my husband knows. They recently finished and that team of young men could not have been more professional and organized. They were tidy and worked in synch with one another and responded to all my questions. The end result is honestly ten times better than the cage I had when my home was brand new and that was six years ago. Don't hesitate, they know what they are doing!
