This is a beautiful ocean front property conveniently located right on the bike path and within close walking distance to the nearby tourist areas on the peninsula. There are restaurants close to the left when you exit the front of the property and the marina and more restaurants are located to the back and straight across the street on the other side of the peninsula. The kitchen has all the appliances, dishes, and silverware to make your own meals. The upstairs balcony has beautiful views and the downstairs patio has a BBQ and both have adequate seating for a large number of people. The upstairs living room is also spacious with seating for many people. There is a master bedroom with a comfortable bed downstairs and also a room with two twin or queen? beds. Upstairs has a bedroom with a twin or queen? bed. There are surfboards, bikes, and other recreational equipment available in the spacious garage which is shared by both units. The garage should fit 2 cars per unit or 4 total. Most of the recreational equipment is in reasonable but used condition. The bikes are not in good shape, but are usable. Bike rentals are available nearby and are a better option until the free ones are serviced or replaced. There are only a few issues with the property: the water pressure in the master shower is pretty low, like all the buildings in this area the neighbors are very close and can be loud at night, and parking outside the unit for any guest you have over to the property can be challenging. Despite these things, this is a wonderful spot for a family beach vacation or romantic getaway.
