Danielle was great from the start navigating my particulars and getting all of our reservations booked.. including lunch at Cinderella's castle! Then, she passed us on to our guide Christina. From the moment we met Christina (30 minutes late), I am sure she knew she had her work cut out for her.. corralling all 8 of us and keeping us moving forward with all sorts of requests that can setback the day. Before if get into the particulars.. I never had to pull up my phone to check wait times or choose a restaurant.. I was truly able to enjoy my time with my family. And more importantly, it took the pressure of me having to manage everyone.. which can easily lead to tension. The Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom highlights - we rarely, if ever waited in a line. She knew all the secrets to navigate us around the long wait times (especially challenge since there are no fast passes at Disney. When the kids blew up because they wanted balloons, she put us on Jungle Cruise sprinted across the park and tracked down the exact balloons they wanted.. and met us at the exit with balloons for them. When the group needed coffee, she did the same thing with Starbucks.. when I saw the Starbucks lines.. that could easily derail the day. Universal Studios - I was hesitant to get a VIP guide for Universal, but I'm so thankful we did. Even the fast pass lines were long.. and we NEVER waited in a line. We rode Hagrids and the Forbidden Journey rides back to back in 20 minutes.. no wait on either. Hagrids was a 2 hour wait and Forbidden Journey was 70 minutes at the time! She got the whole group right on the Hogwarts train.. 2 of which did not have fast passes. She watched the kids while all the adults went on a ride and got us queued up for the next one.. By the end of the trip we all trusted her like family and are trying to figure out how we can take her on every trip with us! Do yourself a favor and book Christina and MY VIP TOUR. Our tour guide, Cori, knew every detail on avoiding lines-we never waited more than 10 minutes. She was high energy and did a great job of getting us to 3 Disney Parks in 1 day. We were able to enjoy the parks without trying to navigate and make plans to get the most out of our park experience. All we had to do was show up and have fun. We are 2 months out from the trip and were just informed we had an option between two different 13 to 14 hour total flight/layover times that were supposed to be direct. Because my husband has a medical issue that prohibits that long of a flight/7hr layover day, we have had to cancel one half of our trip...All because no one took notice that this would be the case and never connected to book the flights months ago when all the other flights were booked and PAID FOR IN FULL. Not to mention we paid extra to get a private charter but apparently they opted for the 13 hour coach on Kenya Air instead. Now they want to discuss the cost when we have had to change the itinerary and cancel half...(which the hotel will refund fully according to the hotel website) but apparently they want to charge more for a shorter trip. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE JUST IN IT FOR THE MONEY. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED WITH A TRIP PLANNER and COMPANY. Disgusted.

As soon as my flight landed the driver was communicated with me. The driver even told me that my luggage carousel had changed before the airline did. The tours are on a first come, first serve basis and leave every hour on the hour. One of the canals was closed for construction when we went but it was truly still so lovely. Our tour guide provided so much history and information! Pro-Tip: SUNSCREEN, handheld fans and water. The boats are not covered and it can get very hot. They do not allow umbrellas for cover. This tour has been around for a while and I can't believe this was my first time taking one. I absolutely had the best time. Looking forward to bringing more visitors to do something so very central Florida! It's grand!
