I felt relaxed and taken care of right before my trip, which is exactly what I was looking for. I asked if she could give my hands a little shape and polish before I left - she fit that in, too! My hands and nails look great! Trish even helped me put on my sandals before polish so that I wouldn't smudge my toes on the way out. I wanted her to feel her prettiest! They charged $115 for the the French tip nails with the 2 bows. This did not include anything extra like soaking the nails or any lotions, hot towel or massage! $67 basic pedicure & gel toes. The nails on her hands were done beautifully and the guy that did them was nice but one of the bows fell off 2 days later. The gel one the toes where done sloppy & messy. When I mention this the the women running the place she said that the nail "technician" did the best she could and when I requested they redo them she said only if I'm willing to pay again thw service! If I can do a cleaner job than a professional then they should not be doing nails. And I would have if I'd known they do not have good nail technicians. Most lower star reviews have a negative response from the owner and I do not expect any different from my review. Constructive criticism or ethics aren't in this woman's criteria. Oh and she said she wouldn't charge me the cc fee after all that lol like it helped make a difference. Reply to the owner: Because I paid for your services and over priced at that. I love that you reply so unprofessionally! lol this is great because everyone will know how you are. Update: It's been 3.5 days and the second now fell off. Great job! So them telling me yes was awesome. I got there and I had gotten Eden doing my nails. I get them done regularly, but am used to not asking for too much so it's not complicated. I showed him a picture I had found online. Told Eden that the colors didn't need to match exactly but something close. He went to work and was super gentle and fast. He is very good at his job. He did run overtime and I apologized for keeping him past close. He said No, don't apologize I'm okay and we are okay. It was very reassuring. I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. Love a family atmosphere and just felt so cared for and relaxed. The facility was also very clean and busy, but their atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't even explain it very well on here. But when a place goes above and beyond, I love to leave reviews! And they did. Would definitely recommend.

Now one week later two nails have broken! Severely. I don't believe the tip from the previous manicure was removed causing the nail to be more brittle. Anyway this was my final straw.
