I'm glad I did. They responded in less than an hour, and a half-hour after that, the air conditioning was working again. The charge was very reasonable, and I was advised on steps to take to avoid problems in the future. I've since signed onto a service agreement to have Advanced Air Services provide regular maintenance for my HVAC system.

I worked directly with Jerred and he was amazing! He came out (On Labor Day!!!) and 100% saved me. It was warm, and I had a bunch of family in town for the holidays and an extremely hot house wasn't going to work for me. I called Holtzople around 10 am, they answered the phone live (only company I could find that didn't go to VM) and Jerred was out within a few hours. He was very informative and quick (which was important because, no offense to Jerred, I prefer to spend the holiday with my family instead of him) and didn't even charge extra because it was a holiday. Turns out I had a contactor that went bad (he showed it to me... it was literally burnt at the top) and was a pretty quick and easy fix. When he got here, he confirmed the problem and efficiently did his repairs. Instead of rushing off, he tested not just the pump, but also helped me get an associated emergent pipe leak under control. With a snow storm only a few hours away, our HVAC system stopped working. Asking the community for…read morerecommendations, Kevin messaged me to tell me he had a tech (Clayton) that would be able to swing by to look at our issue. Clayton arrived, and was able to determine we needed a part. He was able to give a "hack" to get heat until the part could be obtained the next day. Snow storm day, Kevin arrived with the part - of course our luck (we should come with a warning label) - the part is only part of the issue. Kevin was at our house for several hours talking to the manufacturer of our system trying to diagnose the issue. After determining we needed other parts, Kevin gave us other options for us to consider. Truly professional, trustworthy, hard working - in an emergency we appreciated the hard work! (Even when our "simple issue" wasn't so simple. (THIS is not an issue with the workmanship of Kevin or Clayton - it is our system - and our luck!).
