As far as selling you any frivolous overpriced baby item under the sun, they will be very attentive. However, if you have any issue at all with a product they have sold then they take no accountability and are borderline disrespectful if you try to return or exchange that item. I paid a ridiculous amount for an outfit from here and although it was much more than I normally might have spent, it is my first child and I wanted to do something special. After I went home and was putting her clothes away I realized that the snap buttons were completely faulty and would not work at all so the whole outfit just hung open. I wish I had tested out all of her clothes in the store but I had my hands full with her and really didn't expect it. I brought them back immediately after noticing (with the tags and the receipt) and they refused to take it back under any circumstances, even though that is not a policy they had posted anywhere. I was told that I was the one who broke the outfit even though that's impossible that I could have manufactured it with weak/faulty snaps. The teenage girl working at the store tried to start an arguement with me and continued the conversation after I had given up with a long line of questioning. All I wanted was an exchange for the same item that wasn't broken and she would not budge at all. I was told that the manager would be getting back to me about it and even took down all my information but never contacted me. I will not be recommending them to anyone else or ever going back. After the way they treated me over what should have been a simple return/exchange, I wish I did not give them so much business to begin with. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

A friend of my started a course at FTCC. In the course sillabus it stated that you needed to have…read moreFTCC logo embroidered on the scrubs something new they required and FTCC would do the embroidering at the book store. when we got to the bookstore the cashier said that they did not do embroidering and we would have to take the scrubs to Castle Uniforms to get the embroidering done. We got to Castle Uniform and told the cashier that FTCC said she could have her scrubs top embroidered there with the FTCC logo. Castle Uniform refused the put the press on embroidered logo on the scrub top and refused to sale her the press on FTCC logo Just because she didn't buy her uniform from them. What a sorry excuse for a business. I would never go there again and would not recommend anyone else shop there for uniforms.
